You are so lucky that every contractor did an excellent and honest job. If it was in Florida, you would had been scammed many times over and would have ended with a disaster house.

That was a great insight into the construction of this interesting house. thanks for this great video.
we built our 5 houses out of steel and cement. i know that from germany and now in thailand it also makes sense with this high humidity. processing wood is nonsense, because our first windows were hollowed out from the inside by termites within 4 years. we replaced all windows with aluminum windows. the inner walls are also made of concrete and not dry walls. the only thing i missed are the super good german windows. there are no better ones in other countries
That would bug me not having the stone on the back foundation wall. Anyway, I played a nice drinking game where I took a shot every time you said "amazing". I was shit-faced drunk 10 minutes in! 😂🤣
