These flares are incredibly easy to install. This is one project a person could knock out in a day!

Hey a tip on egging out holes. Get some fender washers for approx an 1/8 bolt. put double sided sticky foam mounting tape on the washer, stick it to the panel over your center punch mark or pilot hole. Then take two vice grips (the big reach around type) and clamp the washer in place. Now you have a pretty damn good drill guide that also protects the paint. I have also thought about using the low temp hot glue that they use for dent pulling to glue the washer in place temporarily. Drill through the washer and panel at the same time, use a new washer for each hole.
