The main issue is “Certification”
What about getting “authentication”
My understanding is true stamp collectors want certifications for stamps.
Otherwise they could be buying a fraudulent stamp.
I’ve learned back 100 plus years.
Forgery of stamps was prevalent.
Thank you for any insight into easily fairly selling uncertified stamps.
Let’s say a stamp valued at $15 000 (uncertified)
Put it at what buy it now
Or opening bid $99.00?

First they are in their plastic sleeves then put into a 6X6 cardboard envelope.
