The most interesting video on your channel so far, even if it's not within the usual topic. Thank you for making it anyway. As someone who works within the car industry, I find it really interesting how Rimac is approaching media. I believe in being open like this, as Mate said, if you are really confident in your product and process there is nothing to hide. I'm very impressed! 😃
Awesome tour Misha! Many thanks to Rimacs for their honest and unfettered access to their incredible facility! It is so organized and efficient. Absolutely wonderous. I wish you had a Ćevapčići icon. This vlog/tour deserves 100.
Mate is no less than the most honourable guy in the automotive industry for me. Has impressive knowledge, is super empathic, and most importantly, he's the only spokesperson I've *ever* witnessed saying something bad about his own work. Not only does it make him acknowledge his own potential, it also is just honest to the bones. Nobody else in the industry does that, they all act as if their products were perfect - until the next version comes out 😁
But you never will hear from him i was made that he allways said we have achived that.He allways honor that People around him.And its so cool to see a CEO that not let other speek
This video on itself made me look up open spots for a job at the Rimac Group. Holy cow Mate is awesome and down to earth. He really has his values right, to the employees but also into the media, partners and such. Never knew so much about Rimac, and it's business. Thanks Misha, Mate and the whole team!
@ Elon doesn't know all this. He never even designed a car.

@@KoeiNL first of all, there's a SpaceX second of all, I think OG Roadster was his work. And he was likely to also put some ideas into S/X as well as 3. so all in all, in my book, he's a CEO that knows his stuff
@ what did he design at spacex exactly? All his interviews have shown he understands very little of basic physics (especially those around the hyperloop), so I doubt he has done anything with regards to the rockets. The OG roadster wasn't his work, it was designed by two other people (Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning). Musk only came in as an investor. He has done nothing he in terms of technical design.
Last year, we had a company party/team building in our HQ with all of our international teams. We were to present interesting things about our markets, our teams and about our countries in general. The Croatian team had a whole quarter of their presentation about Mate and Rimac, and me, a Slovak guy, I just had to join them and talk about the amazing and interesting stuff Mate and the team achieved. People were so amazed! I love it. All the best to you amazing people!
Whoever watched this video already know how hard achieving this is, especially within just a few years. Huge admiration to both Mate and all the people in the company who helped him achieve this. Also, do not forget this is all happening in Croatia, ex-Yugoslavia country that was in war just 3 decades ago and in which there was no high tech industry until just recently. Huge huge huge admiration.
Mate is the boss of the future, people who work for him are all sharing the same vision, his method really is the way forward. Misha, great to see you having this incredible experience, you are the man, thank you for sharing this! Absolutely mind-blowing .
Huge thanks to Misha and Mate for doing this. I love this kind of stuff and would love to have a chance visiting such facilities. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
This is the best, most comprehensive, entertaining video from Rimac period. If Nat Geo/Planet Earth could do car documentaries, this is what I'd imagine. I hope more people join your channel as paying supporters because I can only imagine how much time, effort, and money went into making this for us!
I have seen many, many………MANY facilities and plants. But this is pretty astounding. One word comes to mind and for me, it’s the highest praise possible for a company that makes its margins in the details: INTENTIONAL. Everything, everywhere has an intentional purpose and done with specific reason. For end to end processing, there’s nothing more important or habitually overlooked.
Rimac, Pagani, Murray form part of a very select group of gearheads with a vision, a passion, and a commitment to excellence, plus a distaste for mediocrity that helps them achieve their dreams; Making the automotive world a better place to live in. Thanks to your having worked with Rimac, you bring us a unique experience, Thanks.
Mate is THE COOLEST CEO in entire world. What Mate made in short years it's inceadible. I am so proud be Croatian Canadian. I can't wait for next Rimac car plus new Bugatti. :)
Rimac Trusting all these to Misha means a lot. I am really happy for him because from the start was Kind ,Respectful and good guy . Man Stay like this Forever ...

he's a true car guy! i love that he doesn't only have super collectible supercars, but just gets this big smile when he talks about the z4m with the S54. And the state of the company is impressive
Mate, I love this bro!!!!! Self made, grew his company from hobby to humongous. Always friendly and so open about his business and products. I admit, I am a fanboy of Mate. Also, which Boss organizes a canteen with loads of fruit?
I'm not Croatian, but I'm from Bosnia. I am very proud of RIMAC. Because it is so nice to hear that someone from the region is doing something so good and perfect. Otherwise, it is "news" from the USA. Good luck in the future RIMAC and of course Misha.
Misha you are my favorite youtuber yet, seeing you go from dominating the Nurburgring to being invited out to car manufacturers to show us all is honestly amazing, You are the first youtuber I have ever donated to as I genuinely love to watch your videos, hope to see my name on the beginning title card eventually, but ultimately just wanted to say congratulations on how far you have come and wishing you an amazing new year
Wow, I don't have enough words to describe how I fell after watching, RESPECT Mr. Mate Rimac, the Croatians should build him a statue, he put his country on the auto map of the world and now they are in the first row seats, if I can say that. Probably, in my opinion at list, your best video Misha, it is very long (even if it was 2 h long was worth to watch it all) extremely technical, but a lots of interesting facts, and first time, for me at least, when I was able to see most of the process of building a car. After this I think that Nevera is too "cheap", not that I will be able to even dream at one. Again Respect Mate Rimac and Misha for sharing this experience.
This has just blown my mind! Coming from a manufacturing background I can really appreciate the work that’s gone into that facility to get it up to that standard. And that’s just the temporary building 😮 I can’t wait to see the ring video ! Mate is an inspirational man and his products and work ethic is on another level!
hey man, if you get 600 million euro and you spend 675 million, are you a success? think for one second. all he is doing is spending someone else's money to get in debt, avoid taxes and create a 2 or 3 thousand strong workforce the tax payer will need to bail out once the investors decide to cut losses and pull out.
I've been following Rimac for some years now and have missed Mate's update videos on their channel so this was fantastic to watch. I really enjoyed this tour. Thanks Misha...
Completely fascinating - such an impressive achievement and a great insight into the hugely complicated and brilliantly organised production system. Thanks Mate and Misha.
I was impressed by the facility, but what blew me aways was the absolute control they have over every single piece. Tools are connected to the computer for documentation, then the program provides step by step instructions, making a perfect system that helps and facilitate technicians do their jobs.
Why am I proud of rimac 🤔 I'm so glad that it's going so well. This has come through unimaginable blood sweat and tears, worries, stress. I'd be proud to be a part of that company, perhaps in another life I'd go over and be a part of it. Well done Mate, you deserve every drop of your success.
With this Video i now totally get why you moved to another country and wanted to work for Rimac. Looks impeccable to me. What a leader and nice guy mate is!
just fantastic. Mate seems a top dude. he puts his employees first n from there the company is just booming. stunning cars n technology ahead of the rest in the electric world. thx Misha n Mate for a wonderful walk around.
That was amazing viewing, the passion and openness of Mate without reverting to bullshit (looking at you Elon) is so refreshing. From an engineering perspective im so happy that such innovative ideas are being pushed forward by Rimac.
Elon is the emperor. Before you can spit on him put a few million Rimac on the road, and then we can talk. Elon has done it and stupefied the planet. Rimac like 100s before have only started. So pray that it will be around in future years. to make a car and a video doesn't prove absolutely anything.
@@sat7755 I obviously touched a nerve, Elon is a douchbag, he's not an engineer, he's not a scientist, he's a marketing bod with the ability to get simps praising him like he's the second coming of christ.
This is one of the most inspiring videos I have ever seen. Mate is clearly uncompromising in his quest for the quintessential automotive design and production but his vision for making this the best place to work is next level brilliance. They are working on growing their own food (free to employees), and providing a veterinarian for your dog. This just blows me away. Thank you for capturing this with an eye toward an uncompromising video experience. The way you showed us how he recaptures 80% of the energy from the dyno by feeding it back into the electrical grid is truly amazing. With this video we have seen the future and it is reassuring someone has the vision to take the automotive world in a sensible direction with a keen eye trained on solving problems as they arise. You are right; the unseen subassemblies are functional art, the intersection of form and function. Truly impressive. A final 4 minutes on the test track might have been nice but I’m happier to hear he is thinking about how to manage his resources in a way that benefits his employees. 100 years ago we had auto visionaries. Good to see they are making a comeback.
Great to see, as an automotive engineer and having worked in automotive manufacturing at various stages of the supply chain and final production, its great to see the systems and processes, most people won’t have heard or thought of most of this. Can see why he (Rimac) is doing so well.
Thank you for this video! It's so cool to see the in's and out's of Bugatti Rimac. And I already admired Mate after seeing other videos with him, especially the ones with Nico Rosberg really made my admiration grow. Now it grows even more. We need more CEO's like him, not just a CEO by title, but a true leader that knows every part of his company, knows what he's talking and above all, respects and cherishes the employees of his company. Also the attention to detail on the production line, it's amazing.
Great video Misha. Very nice to experience you as a “journalist” but obviously also friend of Mate. Awesome that you brought more camera angles. Very professional video, sound and everything 👏 Reminds me of the MkbHD Tesla factory videoed. And amazing entertaining explanations from Mate. 10/10. Very impressed with this one 💪
I know nothing of mate, or Rimac but as a person on this earth I have heard of both. Watching this confirms to me the couple of times I have seen Mate just how cool he is. He’s successful but so cool and calm. Fact he is so honest speaks volumes. He is truly influential. Mate please keep doing what your ding and do it your way, I believe that’s how you have become as successful as you are. You do what other people dream of. Keep dooing.

Thank you Misha for the amazing insight and tour of the Rimac Automobili Factory and the tour led by Mate Rimac. The thing i love most about this video is that it gives a better insight and look into the different setups and potential innovations that (Mechanical) engineers like me and worldwide should have better understanding of and learn where and how we can fit into the future of Rimac Automobili. The Sky is the limit and this video has given me the mental push to keep working hard to one day build and contribute to the growth of the Automotive industry and expansion of Rimac, if not to compete with them as well 😂😂... Thank you once again Misha Charoudin and Mate Rimac for making the future clear and special.
"Designed, engineered AND manufactured in Croatia" This label alone means A LOT. Good for Rimac and the Croatian economy, if I'd be Croatian I'd be proud of entrepreneurs like him.
Well many years ago I saw a video (I think around 2013) and I was shocked how amazing Mate and Rimac company is. I just finished uni and working in my own/family business and was thinking about applying since I live in Hungary and it seemed like fun. I thought I'm pretty successful with my business but watching this video makes me even more amazed how great these people are. This guy is only 35 years old. WTF....

Great, interesting and I did enjoy. Thank yo for asking my question just before half way through. The one where you said why are we able to film inside a car manufacturing factory.. His reply was priceless. It's nice to someone being open and truthful. There is no black art to any industry what so ever. Once again thank you and all who were involved with the video.
I've seen lot of Rimac factory tours by now but looks like Mate saved the best one for you Misha 🙃 Excellent video, didn't feel long at all, everything is so interesting 👌 It was funny to hear that one of those cars is for Triple F Collection, I hope someone will point them to this video 😁 Well, what can one say about Mate, it is still hard to believe that someone from my country achieved this 🤯
Mate is as excited about his production process as he is about his cars, maybe even more. He knows how it all works and all of the improvements they are making. It’s all captured in that exceptional brain of his. I also get the impression that his team building skills and team problem solving skills are a big part of his success. He seems so passionate about what he’s doing, but also very humble considering his achievements are like only a few people on the planet. One of the incredible things about UA-cam is the way you can be a part of things like this. It is like you are there yourself, walking along with them, but not saying anything. I’ve had the opportunity of watching other incredible builders talk about their passions like Christian von Koenigsegg, Gordon Murray, Horacio Pagani, Mike Patey (Airplanes), Alexey Mikhaylov (Explorer Yachts) and of course, Elon Musk. Before the internet, these were people you might hear about or you might see their picture in the paper or magazines and that’s about it. Now you get to experience them in a way that’s the next best thing to meeting them yourself.
Such a great video! The energy between you and Maté and how proud he is of what he has just makes it so easy to watch for an hour. Looking forward to the tour of the Campus whenever that happens. Top top content here

Nobody else in the industry does that, they all act as if their products were perfect - until the next version comes out 😁
But you never will hear from him i was made that he allways said we have achived that.He allways honor that People around him.And its so cool to see a CEO that not let other speek
In next 3 years he will be in prison 👍

amazing winter content, thanks to Mr.Rimac for being so open and leading from the front and not being afraid to be on camera
Refreshing to see a CEO know every single detail off the top of his head.
yup, that puts him up with Christian and Elon (out of the ones that I'm following)
I caught one detail he didn't know: the gear ratio (9.3 or 9.7)... ;-)
@ Elon doesn't know all this. He never even designed a car.
@@KoeiNL first of all, there's a SpaceX
second of all, I think OG Roadster was his work.
I would work for him any day
Huge thanks to Misha and Mate for doing this. I love this kind of stuff and would love to have a chance visiting such facilities. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Don't know what I love more, the car, the enthusiasm, watching someone achieve their dream, or that it's in beautiful Croatia
Cudesno, amazing. I am livin literally 2km from this factory, passing by it every day. Mate rokaj, svaka cast!
This is the best, most comprehensive, entertaining video from Rimac period. If Nat Geo/Planet Earth could do car documentaries, this is what I'd imagine. I hope more people join your channel as paying supporters because I can only imagine how much time, effort, and money went into making this for us!
A lot! Haha
Nat Geo actually made a documentary on Rimac.
I have seen many, many………MANY facilities and plants. But this is pretty astounding. One word comes to mind and for me, it’s the highest praise possible for a company that makes its margins in the details:
INTENTIONAL.
And Koenniggsseggggg I suppose? (LOL however I spell it....)
Did you just purposefully exclude Chris ?

Rimac Trusting all these to Misha means a lot. I am really happy for him because from the start was Kind ,Respectful and good guy . Man Stay like this Forever ...
I clocked out of work to be shown around by the battery pope in his cathedral and it was worth every second. Anyone who hates electric cars nas never truly loved cars at all. Thanks for the upload!
What kind of a stupid deduction is that? Please, enlighten us, genius.
I like driving.
Rimac is taking ev to another level. High voltage batteries.
What a stupid comment. While I agree EVs often get hate for no reason, you can absolutely be a die hard car guy and not enjoy EVs at all.
Mate is really incredible - whole team what they did and how inovative they are ... Hats off honestly.
What a guy, what a brand, what a video 👏👏👏👏
Rimac is great. In summer I was in Zagreb and see it with my own eyes how big it is. Imagine the campus what will be :O Thank you Misha, Mate, Marta and all involved in this video!
Thank you guys! Its give me motivation. Proud to be Croatian ❤️🔥
he's a true car guy! i love that he doesn't only have super collectible supercars, but just gets this big smile when he talks about the z4m with the S54. And the state of the company is impressive
What a cool dude. Sharing , transparency , good to work with and sense of humor. A great leader.
Mate, I love this bro!!!!! Self made, grew his company from hobby to humongous. Always friendly and so open about his business and products. I admit, I am a fanboy of Mate. Also, which Boss organizes a canteen with loads of fruit?
I'm just speechless. I'm so looking forward to see Rimac develop and grow in the coming years.
I'm not Croatian, but I'm from Bosnia. I am very proud of RIMAC. Because it is so nice to hear that someone from the region is doing something so good and perfect. Otherwise, it is "news" from the USA. Good luck in the future RIMAC and of course Misha.
Misha you are my favorite youtuber yet, seeing you go from dominating the Nurburgring to being invited out to car manufacturers to show us all is honestly amazing, You are the first youtuber I have ever donated to as I genuinely love to watch your videos, hope to see my name on the beginning title card eventually, but ultimately just wanted to say congratulations on how far you have come and wishing you an amazing new year
Such a great video! What an impressive company and what a great guy Mate Rimac seems to be. Thanks to him and to you for this absolute gem!
Amazing, not only what has been achieved, but the openness with which everything is being shared
Absolutely stunning presentations from CEO. Love the passion and how he knows every single nut and bolt of the car.
Mate....naklon do poda. Svaka čast.
His vision is incredible, loved the 3d model at the end. Utterly brilliant.
Great guy and deserves the very best. He obviously looks after his employees
Mate is a genius with an attention to detail that is second to none. Great video Misha. Thanks to Rimac.
Amazing work. Love seeing how Mate's perseverance has paid off. Brilliant. Oh and (45:25 - not anymore ;) )
Mate Rimac comes off like a sympatic man with humor. and mad attention to details. nothing is left over here. amazing
WOW, wat een mooie rondleiding! Mate Rimac mag zijn bedrijfsfylosofie over alle bedrijven in de wereld uitspreiden, wat heeft hij een goede energie.
Truly impressed with Mate Rimac and his company. Incredible.
The most important part starts at 25:10. Until legacy automakers are not gonna acknowledge that, they will remain always years behind the competition.
Great to see, as an automotive engineer and having worked in automotive manufacturing at various stages of the supply chain and final production, its great to see the systems and processes, most people won’t have heard or thought of most of this.
Can see why he (Rimac) is doing so well.
The whole company seemed so healthy and inoative !! Bloody impressive, I love it!!
Very professional video, sound and everything 👏
Reminds me of the MkbHD Tesla factory videoed.
Also Misha thank you for your video you are also inspirational.

Rimac doing things a lil different witch is needed in today's world loved how open they are.. Any job going 😍
Love this, I wish more people would think the same about a working environment.

This label alone means A LOT. Good for Rimac and the Croatian economy, if I'd be Croatian I'd be proud of entrepreneurs like him.
I love how much enthusiastic and humble Mate is. No wonder he is where he is now.
WTF....
You should see the new campus he is building, fricken amazing

Great, interesting and I did enjoy. Thank yo for asking my question just before half way through. The one where you said why are we able to film inside a car manufacturing factory.. His reply was priceless. It's nice to someone being open and truthful. There is no black art to any industry what so ever. Once again thank you and all who were involved with the video.
I've seen lot of Rimac factory tours by now but looks like Mate saved the best one for you Misha 🙃 Excellent video, didn't feel long at all, everything is so interesting 👌 It was funny to hear that one of those cars is for Triple F Collection, I hope someone will point them to this video 😁 Well, what can one say about Mate, it is still hard to believe that someone from my country achieved this 🤯
Amazing video, amazing people at rimac! A totally insightful and interesting production 🎉
Now that looks like a company that you would give 200% for as an employee because they clearly care about their staff , and that goes a long long way
Просто бомбезный выпуск!!! Очень долгожданный выпуск Огромный РЕСПЕКТ МАТЕ и ГОРДОНУ

Coolest and most humble car CEO ever! Loads of respect for Mr Rimac!
Having followed Mate' Rimac for some years now and I am absolutely blown away by his humility. Mate' is a truly inspiring visionary and world acclaimed automotive entrepreneur. The merging of Rimac with Bugatti was genius and I cannot wait to see the evolution of Rimac as the world leading electric power train and hypercar manufacturer that all other car brands aspire to emulate. Unbelievably inspirational, as has been his entire career. Can't wait to see where the company goes over the next decade with R&D for third parties.
