    Today I made Ramen with mydaughter and I made this first Chashu pork. And I'm not kidding it was so good. Thank you for your videos, they are amazing.

    Making me hungry just watching the videos. Thank you for sharing with us. I am going to make these too. We use sugar to take the acidity out of sauces. Serving this over rice would be great.

    All 4 look delicious! I have only tried chashu pork once and it was good but it was premade and frozen. I do think frozen foods can be tasty and helpful in a hurry, but it's not good because a lot of times there are a lot of additives and preservatives. So I try to cook whenever possible. I am definitely going to try these recipes at some point. Thank you.

      Where I live there are lots of them being sold but I too prefer to make my own at home. Agree with you THIS recipe is a keeper!
