Taking away people's love and happiness that creates all jobs and tax revenues to replace with houses creating more flooding issue and underground drains that are already blocked and struggling to cope with the amount of rain which they receive /increased traffic. Never mind making money make people happy and give them something to enjoy after a week grafting. Loosing to many good things to make way for housing and a already busting at the seems society
