Don’t be misled, this market is over built, rentals are much less than expected, and many of these projects are sitting in the middle of decrepit, unfinished projects. Terrible roads, trash everywhere, more street dogs than quality tourists. Developers go home please.

When you purchase a property there as a foreign buyer,the title of the property is in a Mexican Trust,purchaser still can make any decisions with the property.

It's just not true
With the dollar to peso rate now may 30 these are 85000 to 135000 plus the bank trust. HOA which is a lot. Fees. Rules on these places are sketchy they want clickbait. All crap. Furniture in the area very expensive. Access?? They should be honest
All in the 75000 will be 950000 the 110000 will be about 145000. After all the add ONS. Which is not such a lot compared to the states
So.. no one wants to live in the States. It's too dangerous
