I love this so much! I usually wear biker shorts under skirts in the summer, so this makes so much sense. And doing it in swim... smart and practical for a day at the beach or any outdoor water activity.
I love this! To keep your serger from moving, you could put a piece of kitchen drawer liner under it. I use the squishy kind with holes not the smooth solid one.

Diana, will this work with stretch shorts & a woven skirt? I know waist band will have to be from stretch knit (shorts fabric).
