It's alot of fun, campaign style so your ork mob gains experience and grows in skill too 😀 unfortunately games workshop don't really support it anymore so it's hard to get your hands on a rule book
I've heard that it sells on eBay for quite alot as a full complete box, but if you got your hands on the two books called "da roolz" and "da uvver book" then you can just use normal gw orks and vehicles for the models. 👍🏻🙂
They really are, I wish it was just a muscle injury but it was discs 😕 I love some good necromunda terrain, the grime and brutal/industrial nature of it has alot of appeal. And of course you could always buy it from gw, but making it is fun and possibly cheaper 😀 Thanks for watching buddy
Thanks buddy 🙂 I agree, the surrounding scrap really helps and I guess it'll all depend on what bits people have collected if they want to build a similar terrain piece. But I hoard everything that's small and textured 😅 so I have plenty of cool stuff.
Alan, glad that you are BACK - no pun intended. :- ) Love the Ork-type built, great mix of materials and really nice paintjob. Cheers mate, all the best!
All of these things are great! It would be cool if you did a Fantasy style military facility one day - (a outpost or part of a Chaos Warriors fortress)
Alan Welcome back! Missed you!! Good stuff here, and congratulations on your increasing subs! I hope your back is doing better-of all the body’s potential pains, THAT is probably the worst. Hang in there and do the stretches I’m sure your doctor advised 😉👍🏻
Aww shucks 😊 thanks very much. It's doing alot better than it was, I was utterly incapacitated for a while and couldnt bare sitting at a desk for hours on end. Just gotta get rid of this cold now 😅 Nice to hear from you, thanks for watching 🙂
Nice build. My only real problem is the tin can - it looks too much like what it is. Maybe if the top of the can had been cut off, it would not have been so clear. I think it is the pattern that kills the illusion. Still a great build 👍
Yea that can be the issue with using cheap materials, but also cheap materials are super easy for people to get hold of, and I enjoy producing something that's obtainable for new crafters. It does help to add some cladding to the tin can to try to hide that texture though 😅👍🏻
I'm amazed, I'd heard that this is a notoriously difficult material to base and build terrain with...what adhesives do you use because I hear pva is a complete non-starter with this stuff?
Roughing up the surface helps, but if you're not happy doing that, you could try a mixture of grout/mod podge/sand. Just experiment, see what works for you 🙂
Very cool build! 👍🏻
Thank you very much 🙂👍🏻
this gorkamorka sounds like one hell of an awesome game also this is cool looking and welcome back

@@irongryphon ill have to look into that cause i might get it if i can find either of those
That corrugated paper gives a really nice effect!
It's amazing what textured cardstock can do, I'm pretty pleased with it myself 😅
I can see that little shack on the top being used as an announcer's booth or a pit crew observation post. Excellent work, as always!
Indeed, or sniping 🙂 thanks so much for watching.
AWESOME!!!
Cheers dude 😄👍🏻 thanks for watching
This build is brilliant . Great rust and dust effects ! Congrats
Cheers mate 👍🏻 not sure what it is about rusty old stuff, I just love it 😅
Back injuries are the worst. Perfect timing with the rusty terrain. I'm making Necromunda stuff and its great inspiration:)

Awesome job :) I love the trash piles and the paintjob. I'd go even heavier on griebling the tin can, more plating, weld lines etc.

Cheers iceman, good to be back 👍🏻😄 glad you enjoyed it.
Great work. Love the outback desert look. Amazing
Same here mate 😅 thanks for watching
Great to see you back! Gorkamorka is one of those evergreen games for me, I keep coming back to it. Love the scenery, as always.
It's the same for me mate, it's like this game frozen in time since gw don't support it anymore, but it's always a classic 😀👍🏻
All of these things are great! It would be cool if you did a Fantasy style military facility one day - (a outpost or part of a Chaos Warriors fortress)
I like it, I'll add that to my list 😀 thank you
Glad to see you return. Hope you're feeling better soon. Awesome project and look forward to future ideas.
Cheers dude, I like how supportive everyone is here 👍🏻🙂 thanks for watching.
I love this kind of build! Brilliant demo 😊👌
Thanks dude, I really enjoy this aesthetic as well. If it looks old/abandoned/weathered/cobbled together then I'm happy 😅
Back injuries suck! So do colds 🙁 hope you feel better soon!
Love this build, cool little orky build
They do suck, I could barely move. Thank you very much 🙂 glad you enjoyed it
Nice for gaslands!!
Indeed, I really like that whole aesthetic. There's just something about rusty old crap 😅
Awesome work as usual buddy, keep it coming.
Cheers me dears 😅👍🏻
That looks really awesome. Great job!
Much appreciated👍🏻😀 I do enjoy some rusty old desert terrain. Thanks for watching
Great build !
Cheers dude 🙂👍🏻 thanks so much for watching
Welcome back! Looks great!
Cheers buddy, thanks for watching 👍🏻😀
lots of playble areas. good job man :)
Thanks dude, it's quite important to make sure models can stand on the slopey areas without sliding off 😅
I would love to see you take on something specifically for Fallout. Maybe like a run down 1950’s style diner?
Ohh I like that idea, I'll see what I can come up with. In 28mm scale?
@@irongryphon fallout is 32mm
Gotcha, I'll check it out. I loved fallout 3 and 4, that abandoned aesthetic is very much what I enjoy
great quality
Cheers buddy 👍🏻 thanks very much for watching
@@irongryphon I have already subscribe, this channel really deserves much more!
Thanks dude 👍🏻😀 I really appreciate that...and I agree 😅
something i just came to think of... how to metal rust in the desert?if there hardly ever rains how would the metal get wet?
Rust is iron oxide, it happens when iron bonds with oxygen. So as long as there's oxygen, iron can rust 🙂
Alan

Great build and rust! Do you cover anywhere the wash recipe. It’s a great mid black/brown colour
I do in a few other videos I've made, but it's 3 parts black wash, 2 parts brown wash and 1 part water if that helps 🙂
@@irongryphon very much so! It’s a good tone for all round
It is indeed, a general purpose wash for everything
