Just another day on the Potomac in late may 2022. The fish were post spawn and not really feeding aggressively for day 2 of my practice. I tried to ride out the full tide in Mattawoman. Catfish bite is fire LOL, it always is....they hit like trains.

@@BeyondTheBoundsOutdoors Ha The Fort Washington Speedway for _______… Yep grew up here. Live in Alex. Keep boat at occoquan. But boy that river gups up boat quick in the water. Just went to Smith Mountain State Park for a week and next month back to Lake Anna. Like both but Lake Anna so much closer. You fish there much. I didn’t do too well last time. Only got the boat (ranger) last yr so still learning a lot. New to lake fishing, most was in Fl Off shore. So much to learn.
