When are you gonna have both Jonny and Cammisa on the same show?
Add Spike and make it the 1000th episode spectacular 🤣
I'm under the impression Cammisa and Johnny aren't super close but that's internet gossip, don't know for sure. They also are two adults with busy careers... which is often the case.
We NEED this!
The studio can't handle all that lmao.
Gonna smell like a zoo in there
love the new topic format. it's correct and enjoyable to tease it for 15 minutes with loose conversation. suggestion: keep the picture of the car in question up somewhere when you pan out to all three dudes. bravo.
Is it possible to the show pics of the cars you’re talking about for 45 minutes??
Chris Harris's collecting podcast editors do. It's definitely possible but I'm not sure if it's worth their time doing it.
They don't even put timestamps nowadays.
Oh it’s Johnny, here come the arguments. Kidding aside I enjoy these episodes.
Johhny, Jason, Mr Roger Farrah, Doug, Speedycop. My favorite guests
Battle of the blow hards
I agree, to much of the online world is scared of healthy debate

and here, we, go.
Whiskey bar manager here. Four Roses Yellow label is in no way “subhuman.” Jonny is off there. Buffalo Trace is a perfect bourbon for whiskey sours or other mixers. I’d go for something a bit higher proof myself but BT is just fine. It can be super hard to find in certain states which can make people hesitant to use it in as a mixer, while other states (ones close to Kentucky) get it by the case load and will use it in whatever.
Love the "topic" format already. Good Idea.
European tuner section is possibly my favourite segment ever on this show, been listening for many years. Well played lads.

Farah you and Johnny convinced me, I just purchased one of the last Canyon's. I have been back and forth for months on what watch I wanted ever since mine broke. I am coming from a $200 orient and knew I wanted to step up. I have been looking in the sub $1500 price range for a while and nothing stood out. Everything seemed to have too many compromises. This seems to punch above its price point and I am really excited to get it. One day I hope to have a collection like you all but for now this will be my one watch solution and I can't wait!!!
seiko prospex or save up for a omega
Nothing in the seiko line interests me currently, and any Omega I want costs 7x as much. I'm not trying to wait years for a watch.
If you're going to do video to your podcast it would be great to see what they are talking about. Zack needs to talk to Jaime at JRE.
The W12 Golf is so insane, I love it
Great topic and great interaction. The passion was palpable.
Boys, you are all looking good today 👍🏾! Great show keep up the good work
Lieberman looks so much better with a good haircut.
He has lost a lot of weight recently too
The Brabus EV12 was presented before a F1 race and the stunning thing was it was more powerful and had a higher top speed than the V8 F1 cars at 370km/h
I love/hate Jonny, but these guys are all so good to listen to.
I was glad to hear Matt comment on the "race" side of RWB. Highly recommend checking out the Idlers races in Japan...field of RWB Porsches all going 10 tenths on legendary tracks.
The E39 M5 is also a recirculating ball set up, just like the 540i. Only the in-line 6’s have rack and pinion steering.
Oh shit, take cover 😂
Great show, guys!
Nakai-san isn't really a tuner, but he did generate an aesthetic trend
But one of the things to realize about RWB is that the experience of being there during a build is inseparable from just seeing the car at a cars and coffee etc.
Besides Bugatti-Rimac there's also Tedson Motors from Croatia! 🇭🇷
Tedson Daydream 964/993 restomod + Hybrid option! 👍
Btw can't wait for BR1 and RB17 this Spring/Summer! 💥💥 ✌️😎
One of the coolest euro tuners is that company putting the rs 5 cyl into the golfs.
Dahlback...1000hp+, and side pipes back in the day, when I was trying to get 250hp in my Corrado. Yup.
@@colnagog6026 the twin engine Mk4 Golf was also a real spectacle back in the early 2000s. Legendary tuner, may he rest in peace.
Matt EVs don't turn off. The ones that pretend they're off are still on. It's necessary for battery management. The button is dumb.
On the BMW ICE/EV question, they were asking about the space inefficiency of their new models bc they are compatible with both powertrains.
It's one of the downsides vs Merc's EQ approach. But, I also like that there is one 5-series vs E and EQE
**** I wanna see Porsche and Gunther Werks do a legit collaboration. Both teams/engineeres get together, and do a Porsche warranty backed, super limited run of cars. Maybe celebrate an anniversary of some sort? 1 of 1 specs, maybe 5-10 cars. Porsche can do the motor, manual transmission etc and GW can shape the body, wheels, and both collab on the interior!!!!!
I agree. It'd be cool if the big brands got back into acquisitions of external tuning companies; could kind of help reinvigorate some prestige to these derivative performance models. For example, to me the AMG brand had far more of an aura 15 years ago than it does today, IMO, and -- very much to your point -- it'd be awesome for Porsche to collab (or even acquire) Gunther Werks and start doing very limited projects.
Top 5 episodes are great
1:30:31 what is the thing Jonny is referencing here. I woudl like to listen to it/read it
Jonny looks good. I don't care what all the other comments say.
RWB is not a tuner. he just hacks up porsches
that's just racist
🤨
26:22 they did a variation of that in Trailer Park Boys. Funny someone actually did it for real.
BMW Alpina for me 👍
Another great debate😅
Johnny gets a haircut and drops 10 years off his age.
The car that finished second was action express, which is owned by the France family. Who owns the speedway.
This got Very patina collective very quick!
1:37:03 anyone know the source for this factoid.... surprised the numbers are that high for fatalities and seatbelt use
Favorite Eurotuners.... I hope to hear a renntech
not sure if it counts but the canepa's 959 sc would be one of my picks
Zach gets really into these conversations and forgets to show us what they are talking about a lot of the times lol
Doesn’t matter for the people that listen to the podcast.
@Bob_Smith19 good for you but a lot of us like to watch
@@mapko15I’m commenting on the video. But they’ve talked about more audio only downloads compared to YT views.
The Z8 thing is bull, it had rack and pinion steering unlike the M5 that had recirculating ball.
What might've been a letdown were the runflats but it's well known to be a cruiser, dunno why everyone expects a scratching sports car
Lemme get my whiskey ready 🎉
When i worked at chevrolet. We had more customers complain about the size of the new trucks. My 1996 full size chevy has a whole lot more room inside than the new Colorado and the same size about outside. Stick the chevy small block V8 in the smaller truck and bring back the interior space and they will out sell everything.
Hartge V10 1 series!
Not saying the steering does not suck as I trust Jonny, but the Z8 uses a rack and pinion.
I think it’s recirc/ball
@@jonnylieberman UA-cam won’t let me post the part number or a URL but I assure you it is rack and pinion.
Alpina, Ruf, Gemballa,
ruf isn't a tuner, they are a car company. they stamp ruf vins.
Gotta ask for a fact check on Johnny's 92% of accident deaths weren't wearing a seatbelt statistic. From what I'm finding it's between 50%-60% in the US
50% is nothing to be proud of either😅
@@fraserwright9482 definitely not. It's an interesting statistic either way, just want to make sure I use the correct one!
There's absolutely no way a phantom gets 20 mpg in real life
That’s quite slow! 😂
Is sure hope it’s a lot faster than that.
@@Bob_Smith19yeah that’s a really poor miles-per-buck return
Typo, woops! Haha
If i could afford the $1200+tax right now i would buy that watch...currently getting house poor by putting every dime i have (and many many dimes i don't) into a major home restoration project...
hopefully Matt does that cooking timer watch in 2025 or later - i should be back on my feet by then to buy that one... hopefully...maybe...😆
I'm gonna have to find a second hand mint one. Mint is the ONE
@@Heyitsallgoodman yes, it is but I doubt it will move anytime soon - it's such a low volume thing you know...
Jonny claims 90 percent of fatalities were because no seatbelt use is incorrect. Close to 50 percent actually. I like Jonny.
I dislike exaggeration as a tool to win arguments.
92% in the 2014 GAO study I read
I'd probably accept the conspiracy theory of Daytona more if it wasn't Jim France's car that was in second place challenging for the win. I'm not sure France would rather Penske win at his track than himself.
Hey Matt, that’s not a Speedmaster on your arm, is it?
1:32:30 you asleep at the wheel, Z? Show us the pics
They have this weird way of talking over each other. One finishes his little story and the other starts a different little story. Meanwhile the original story teller seems slightly peeved about the lack of response to his specific little story. They listen to each other only in order to be able to respond in this way and it weirdly keeps the conversation on track.
Yeah it’s an odd kind of “conservation” in that neither of them seem to ever win the Alpha Male competition, yet there seems to be no open hostility. As a Brit (where people would take serious offence at this obvious disrespect and fisticuffs could well result) it fascinates me as we just don’t generally behave this way. Jethro and Harris would be swinging punches after 5 minutes of this!
you just get drink and fight like monkeys....lol
I have to agree with you, neither one really cares about what the other one is saying and one upping each other out of insecurity. They would fit right in at a Porsche Club meeting 😂
Good point, @fraserwright9482. This style of talking over someone is often related to feelings of insecurity. That is not to say that either of these guys is fundamentally insecure; it could be that they are just insecure about creating an interesting dialogue, or they might feel that pressure. I try not to judge, lest I be judged. However, it does lead to a more shallow conversation.
memo to self, don't go to Porsche club meetings @@fraserwright9482
Zack…… show us the screen!
If the s58 and n54 aren’t mentioned this was a bad podcast
I think Jonny having long hair and the but beard was hiding how much weight the guy has lost
Been following Jonny since the H2H days. It's awesome to see his recent progress.
Timestamps?
Jonny's lost weight!
Before watching this, I say Volvo turbo wagons.
1986 Kremer K3 Le Mans please.
Christian Pelphrey mentioned his girlfriend in his question. Based on that, I think we know what Ivan Capote and Miguel Flores are going to do.
I come here for Sinn watches
I need yall to be quicker to show what you guys are looking at or talking about so the audience can follow better.
Johnny is full of ozempic. He looks much better. Are you next Farah?
Who doesn’t want to have their genitalia burnt off. Or stomach paralysis. Or crippling depression. Or or or….
Looking good, Jonny!! Way less fat
Why don't you show us what you're looking at?
Tosin Abasi?
This was an awesome episode.
As a european, I find myself always a bit crossed when my american work colleagues tell me they """"need""" their huge pickups.
I highly doubt anyone needs a 5 meter raised vehicle with a huge load capacity, just to properly use it maybe once a year, if not less than that.
I respect the freedom to do it, but it objectively makes life harder: harder to park, harder to drive, less economical, less positive to society in general.
It also has to do with how much space there is: european cities and towns are small, roads are usually very old and not developed for such vehicles, therefore people do not buy them.
Even with an X5 europe is too small to drive, but people just buy those huge SUVs as a status symbol.
I am totally fine with going to work in my natural gas powered Lancia Y, and having a fun toy for the weekends, I don't need to lease a boat to feel better with myself.
And cannot help to think that if more people had this lifestyle, we would all live better in general.
These guys are seriously jaded, "Who hasn't tested a Rolls?" Really Jonny?
I always look at what Automotive jurnos wife's drive as reality. Jonny likes to live in a world he does not belong
Er he was clearly joking!
@@fraserwright9482my wife drive’s a Rivian
Why is there a geotastic segment? Yikes...
First
If this podcast is going to talk about a race, they should at least watch the highlights.
I don't care how good it drives. The new 7-series is the ugliest vehicle sold in the last 25 years. @1:30:00
eurotuners? so basically german tuners? + eagle for jags and alfaholics?
Ahhh I forgot about Eagle. - Zack
Euro Garbagio
the gas scam happened over 9 years and its like Jonny doesn't know that tuning is
Speed limiter equivalent for guns?
Maybe thumb print/grip ID safety.
Universally disliked mechanism by pro-gun wingers. Would absolutely save lives without question.
No it wouldn’t. That’s a failure point plain and simple. It would cost lives. There’s a mental health problem disguised as a gun problem. W/ more guns than citizens if there was a real gun problem you would know about it.
come on guys stop with the baseball hats......and beards.
sorry I was cranky....you guys are still cool.
