Wow, that's a great place and so affordable! The artist in me immediately started redecorating in my head by picking out paint colors and brocade wallpaper. Really good yard space too with enough acreage to put in a kitchen garden and lots of flowers. Someone is going to get a great fixer upper wit this one.
The house is quaint and lovely, just needs a little updating, For someone with the necessary skill to do this, they could have a lovely home without a lot of work.
Someone with imagination and the willingness to make an investment could make this into a great house! It has original features that could be restored and others that need updating, but overall there's a lot to work with. The spacious garden is a big asset.
