They say no neighbours, but there is a property behind it as seen at ! as seen at 11 minutes in.
There are two empty properties used for storage. There are no neighbours.

Hi Suzanne. Thank you for this video. I am getting the impression that property in France is getting a little "pricey" especially nice properties such as this one?
It depends on the finish, and the location. You can still find cheaper properties but this one you can move into straight away.
Agency fee is 20,000 euros AND notary fee is 22,700?! Crazy
Most of the Notaire fee is taxes to be paid to the government
@andied2510 Notaire's fees are standard and the buyer always pays those and the agency fees. You can see how these are calculated on our website. The cost of housing including all the fees is significantly less than a lot of countries.
