Fantastic, truly a proper reno. Except the dining room floor. All that superb flooring and they pick the most blasé/ generic beige tile for the dining. Im actually jealous of the flooring. My house in france only came with basic reddish regular tiles. But renovations will start soon.

It’s a real marvel, and it's rare to combine so many different 19th-century tile patterns in one place. They are all original and in perfect condition. I saw the photos of the construction site; it was a colossal project. They put in a lot of time, heart, money, and energy to achieve what you see, which respects the place, stays true to the style, while providing the comfort you would expect from a house in 2024.
The tiles are difficult to deal with. So many contrasts. The terracotta/ tile stone floors in tje apartment are really calm and peaceful. It's a great property.

Actually, the bed has a personal history that would be too long to tell here, but I assure you, it's worth hearing. It's a collector's piece from the '70s, and it's not intended to stay there anyway. If you look closely at the decor, many of the furniture pieces are icons from the '70s, and I think they blend perfectly with the rest.

And I would add that for me, technique doesn’t matter at all (in music, photography, video, etc.); only the intention, ideas, emotion, and message count. If I have to prioritize one or the other, my choice is clear. I fully stand by this position, which seems to appeal to the majority, judging by the recent rising stats on our channel. You know, organizing shoots all over France 🇫🇷 is a lot of work; it has to fit with the schedules of the sellers, agents, mine, and sometimes Trevor or Joanna Leggett, who are very busy, because we don’t just do UA-cam, you know… So, I travel as light as possible in a run-and-gun style. In the past, I had tons of equipment in my trunk, but I ended up using only 10% of it, or it took hours to set up lights, etc. I think I am getting much closer to the experience of someone discovering the place for the first time. For example, I just got back from shooting a superb property on the Arcachon Bay, unique and exclusive to Leggett, and to keep my filming fresh, I spent 5 minutes walking around and then immediately, in the moment, filmed my thoughts with the agent. Only after that did I shoot my illustration footage. In fact, every time, I decide the format on the spot.

I have a VLog format that I really like; it allows me to stay focused on the moment, be reactive, and stay connected both to my environment and to the person I'm with. I am aware that it has a somewhat amateur side, but honestly, I embrace it. My goal isn't to have a polished and overproduced image but rather to provide a sincere/authentic testimony of what I feel in the houses I visit. Because in the end, creating that is what matters, not the square meters you can find on the website. The webpage serves as a complement, but for me, the video is a way to share what makes me dream about these sublime properties we have for sale. But I’ll still do a test, just to please you. It's been a while since I last charged my Ronin batteries... I just need to remember to do that.

Heating? I don't see any heating system
No, I spotted a tiny radiator in the dining room
Of course there are some, electric system, quite well hidden & integrated, but also really efficient wood burners. Don't forget that this is a really hot area of the south east of France, that benefits of more than 300 days of sun every year, so heating is not really a big concern anyway. And I would add that for me, technique doesn’t matter at all (in music, photography, video, etc.); only the intention, ideas, emotion, and message count. If I have to prioritize one or the other, my choice is clear. I fully stand by this position, which seems to appeal to the majority, judging by the recent rising stats on our channel. You know, organizing shoots all over France 🇫🇷 is a lot of work; it has to fit with the schedules of the sellers, agents, mine, and sometimes Trevor or Joanna Leggett, who are very busy, because we don’t just do UA-cam, you know… So, I travel as light as possible in a run-and-gun style. In the past, I had tons of equipment in my trunk, but I ended up using only 10% of it, or it took hours to set up lights, etc. I think I am getting much closer to the experience of someone discovering the place for the first time. For example, I just got back from shooting a superb property on the Arcachon Bay, unique and exclusive to Leggett, and to keep my filming fresh, I spent 5 minutes walking around and then immediately, in the moment, filmed my thoughts with the agent. Only after that did I shoot my illustration footage. In fact, every time, I decide the format on the spot.
