I've watched this video every few months for a couple of years. It's cathartic because there's so much you can never tell anyone. It's like letting a little steam out of the kettle.
I've thought a lot about ending myself, not that I would ever go through with it. He has a good way of explaining how these jokes can be cathartic. Laughter truly is the best medicine.
