Potato - 300 grams
Oil - 3 tbl spoon
Mustard - ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Garlic cloves - 3
Salt
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - ½ teaspoon
Garam masala - ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
