Thanks akka for the clear instructions. The cooking at high heat first , then low heat for 6-7minutes, then add salt and spice powders and cook at low heat for 15-20 mins worked well to cook the potatoes. I always had trouble getting potatoes cooked during potato fry. I have not achieved the correct taste but atleast potatoes got cooked so first step achieved. 6-7 minutes low heat pannumbodhe pan la stick aagudhu potato. enna reason?
Awwww super 😃🙏🙏thank you so much for a detailed feedback. I'm glad it worked for you👍Now, for the problem that you mentioned, stick aagardhu is common, it depends on the pan that you use. Pazhagina irrumbu kadaila, it won't be a problem. But potato la irrukura starch nala,there are possibilities. So keep stirring now and then, add few drops of oil to the sides which will keep them off or the other safe choice is a non stick pan, if don't wanna spend too much time stirring. Hope this helps 🙂
