Looks like a great place to visit . Nice to see somewhere different for a change. Ive added it to my list of places to visit next time im up there. Great video and photo 👍.
Thank you Stephen. Indeed been here a few times. A lot of folk drive past or just stop to photograph the falls of Falloch. Lots more potential further up stream..👍
Loved your final shots of the lone tree with the little rock outcrop, super backdrop of the snow-covered hills. I have climbed a few hills around the area but never made my way through the Glen.
Last year I stopped at Falls of Falloch on the back from Glencoe but I didn't think the Glen hid such a treasure. Beautiful trees and gorgeous light. I might stop here next time. Great video and photos Cliff
stunning images Cliff..iv been upto the 1st Pine in your blog ..was a fair slog up in deep snow..On way back I easily navigated across river on the boulders and made my way bk to the bridge on the other side ..have a great festive and look fwd to your next 1 ..class 📸👌
I enjoyed the video as usual Cliff. I must admit i have never been to that Glen. I have been to the Falls of Falloch a few times and as you know it's a pig to park there. Fantastic image's. Here's wishing you and your family a very Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year.
A great location Cliff, you had some lovely light and even better subject matter in the Scots Pines. I also think the rocks near Pine help in the latter images. 👍
@@peternickols2687 Aye. The light was amazing, the rocky outcrops helps lead it onto the subject for sure. There is so many pines up there, just no enough time to explore in one day.. Thank you Peter for the kind comment, hopefully might cross paths one day out and about. Have a good Xmas and new year. Cliff.
@ Thanks for the reply Cliff. And to you too, have a great Christmas and New Year. I only get to go up to Scotland maybe twice a year and I am going to Skye in the last week of January.
Nice location Cliff. I’ve only been to the Falls of Falloch once but I’ll have to visit the Glen. It’s not too far for us to drive to as well. tha images were stunning.
Another awesome video ... and excellent video processing too. What date were you here with the snow capped mountains in the background? I take it that there are no boggy areas where I'll need to where wellies for the hike.
Those Scots pines are a photographers dream. Looks like the weather has picked up. Have a great Christmas and looking forward to next year's adventures. I will be travelling there in 2026 so keeping note of all these spots you show.
The wife keeps saying that I don't see anything when I have camera with me - she forgets that it's a zoom lens and that I see so much more than her. This video is so relatable. When she sees the results she says 'Where did we see that?'
@@CliffHands I have my good days and bad as far as luck goes - The write off on Skye Bridge was probably the worst - Enjoy your Christmas, get a good rest!
Great images Cliff! Wow, and what a superb location for those Scots Pine trees. The light was amazing. Well done. Keep up the good work. Cheers.
