Hi, Monica! So glad you are doing well! The chicken spaghetti is delicious. I didn't use Velveeta at all and added Italian bread crumbs on top along with shredded Mozzarella before baking! I'm going to have to fry some chicken like that whenever I decide to fry some.

Monica, I made the spaghetti dish a couple of weeks ago and I thought minds was too cheesy and i used the smallest size Velveeta package. I did not care for the chicken spaghetti dish, and it makes a lot also, I made regular spaghetti and meatballs for my husband.
I cooked chicken cacciatore and a pan of homemade brownies yesterday for dinner. Child….That about took me out! My lower back was hurting. All I could do afterwards was sit in my recliner and fall asleep.😅 I over do a lot!

Monica, I'm sitting here listening to you and I'm like, girl after the spaghetti, I would have gone to the couch, for a minute and plus some. I can't cook like that, never have been able to do that. I can cook one thing at a time. I cleaned greens last night and that's as far as I got,, nope didn't even wash them just took the stems off and made sure no worms or insects were on them and politely placed them in the fridge.
Monica, We thank God for when you feeling good and you not recording - that's ok. You got a whole family and we will be here, whenever you post or either channel. FYI What makes chicken spaghetti is the sour cream otherwise it is just a cheese dip (I don't think I heard you put sour cream in it). Have a great weekend!!
