Chili Oil Recipe:
1 1/2 C OIL
4 GUAJILLIO CHILES
1/2 TBSP OREGANO
1/2 TBSP CHICKEN POWDER
BLACL PEPPER (TO TASTE)
GARLIC POWDER (TO TASTE)
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER ADD TO OIL
BIRRIA CONSUME SOUP RECIPE:
CHUCK ROAST
SALT, PEPPER,GARLIC POWDER (TO TASTE)
15 CUPS OF WATER
10 GUALJILLO CHILES
2 ONIONS
5 CARROTS
2 GARLIC CLOVES
3 STOCKS OF GREEN ONION
10 BAY LEAVES
10-12 OZ BONE BROTH

I have a lot of gadgets. I think I may have that. I have the check I cleaned all my cabinets last June and put a lot of stuff away that I didn't think I'd use. And I think that's one of them it comes with a turning thing where you can make zucchini into like spaghetti. I'm going to have to check.

I just found your channel while looking for hair videos and is so happy I did. I made some of these a while back and like you said it seemed to be labor intensive but so worth it. I said the same thing about the flour versus corn tortillas, will make it with both next time. Great video, new subbie 😊.

Hey Koger's It look Real Delicious! Monica corn tortillas is the traditional way, but my kids prefer to flour tortillas, but since I don't use a lot of Red meat like beef anymore. I substitute chicken or maybe a a pork shoulder. And try Queso Blanco If you can find it instead of mozzarella You'll see the difference in the taste.
