Hey Alex, I'm about to start a cutting plan soon for roughly a month to see how it goes. Any advice for cardio? Preferably I wouldn't like having two workout sessions like morning cardio followed by a body part in the evening/night. Can I just mix it together?
Because normal days you do not use much on energy for example you stay at home and chilling sort like that. High carbs is for use enough energy to do something physically and mentally..for example you go for gym pumping of the Greek God, then after that do these do that activities sort like that

Question about refeed: does it matter what kinds of carbs? Simple vs complex sugars? Should i be aiming for lots of fiber?
I stick with complex. It’s more filling and satisfying

20-30 min cardio for a start is good. Then slowly bump it up as the week passes. And yes you can mix your cardio and workout together :)

In order to use fat as energy/burn fat, your body must be depleted of glycogen, hence low carb days :)
