So many people are saying that Rainbow acting the way she does is not in character. BUT I RELATE SOOOO MUCH TO THAT! I am always trying to convince someone to go on these rides with me and then when it's about to go down, I start screaming and panicking. And unlike Rainbow, I am even scared of heights. When you think about it human Rainbow Dash has never been shown at any height that pony Rainbow Dash has been shown at. All the times I remember seeing of human RD was her either with her feet on the ground or around what 50 feet off of the ground when flying? Human RD has never been shown at such a height until that rollercoaster. When people say that RD is acting out of character they would be right but only with pony RD. Many tend to forget that the human and pony versions of the characters are not one and the same. They may act very similar, have the same names, look very much the same and even think the same but they lived very different lives. Even when the events that happen are similar there is still differences. So for me I see human RD as being in character. Pony RD: Has lived in the clouds, far above the mountains. Is used to the heights. Loves flying and has been doing it ever since she was very young. Due to all of this she isn't scared. Heck she lives on her own. Human RD: Has lived most of her life as a normal human. Has always been on the ground. Only recently gained the ability to fly within the last year, year and a half. Never has tried cloud walking, never gone high up, lives with her parents. Due to these differences she is capable of getting scared of heights unlike her pony counterpart. Heck even human Fluttershy is shown doing things that her pony self could barely even try to attempt. Anyways I also went on a rollercoaster once and couldn't handle it so I never tried any other. So yeah, Rainbow Dash was very relatable in this special.

But MOST people don't go so much in depth with the characters (unless it's their favorite). Now that I mentioned it. I hate that people don't do that. However Applejack and Rarity in EG were both shown having interest in guys. Hilarious video! I was expecting this one to be especially good, and some good natured shots at RD. I wasn’t a big RariJack shipper, still not one for the pony versions (just think RariDash works better there). But Legend of Everfree sparked my interest in the human ship with all the cute moments between Rarity and AJ. This, this was amazing. I couldn’t believe how blatant they were, it almost doesn’t work as “ambiguous” because the emotional conflict wouldn’t really work as platonic (AJ has to be particularly special, to be reacting more aggressively than anyone else in the group of friends). I want them to be canon soooo badly! Also, seriously, RariJack has some of the best EQG fanart for the series. The “debutante and the cowgirl” thing is quite popular.

Hilarious video! I was expecting this one to be especially good, and some good natured shots at RD.
I wasn’t a big RariJack shipper, still not one for the pony versions (just think RariDash works better there). But Legend of Everfree sparked my interest in the human ship with all the cute moments between Rarity and AJ. This, this was amazing. I couldn’t believe how blatant they were, it almost doesn’t work as “ambiguous” because the emotional conflict wouldn’t really work as platonic (AJ has to be particularly special, to be reacting more aggressively than anyone else in the group of friends). I want them to be canon soooo badly!
Also, seriously, RariJack has some of the best EQG fanart for the series. The “debutante and the cowgirl” thing is quite popular.
