What a lovely special loving couple, Blessings to them and the baby! They were such a joy to watch, you just feel they have always known each other and will joyfully grow old together. Thank you for the video.
Lovely couple, I get where there coming from, iv always worked where I lived its a much easier way of life, if you can get the right house at the right price, they will have a lovely family.
This is one I had not seen…very enjoyable episode. All of the buyers were charming and had their feet on the ground. I’d like to know what the square footage is on the large flat for the couple just out of curiosity…probably less than it looks but it sure did look like a large living room. I’m sorry neither got the ones they initially wanted but glad they all were settled soon after. Thanks for posting.
I am so happy I could buy property on my own in Montreal all these many, many years ago. I was lucky, because at the time it wasn't a given that a single woman could easily get a mortgage. I could never afford what I have now, since my "edgy" (random used needles found in the front yard on a couple of occasions) area soon became wildly fashionable.
The three young men are friends at the time of the filming, but they have never lived forever. My little finger tells me they will soon discover things they don't like about each other. Also, what often happens within a group of three is that two people unite against the third. I wouldn't be surprised if their arrangement fell apart within a year.
@@lysem4392yes, correct. The hope is that as they were sensible enough to give up on the working band dream, they would also know better than to be a nuisance to their neighbours. One would like to think that given their real lives and constant talk of girlfriends/relationships, they would be too busy to keep playing pretend boyband. They do sound educated and smart, it’d be interesting to know where they are with their respective lives now.
London house prices never cease to shock me 😮 regarding the box room situation, if I was looking to share owning a house with my mates I'd happily have the box room if my share of the house and mortgage cost reflected the small room 🤷♀️ my old landlord rented out the box room for cheaper so why not pay less to own that part of the house? 🤔
It’s difficult to say because it’s not only what you’re paying each month, it’s what you’re putting down as well. If you’re putting the entire down payment yourself and the other two aren’t putting anything down, then your payment should be lower than the other two, regardless of room size.
For the bedroom problem, I'm surprised no one ever thinks of 'Ok, everyone gets a bedroom and, every year, we will switch bedrooms.' so everyone gets a chance at the largest, and smallest, bedroom.
How long does an 8 mile or 4 mile distance outside of Croydon take? I find it strange that such a short distance would make Leon and Sherelle not even want to consider one of the areas Phil showed them.... especially since they would get a lot more for their money
I certainly would balk at it. With traffic it could easily add 30 minutes or more each way. Streets and roads in much of the UK were designed at a time when cars were non-existent or a rarity.
@@lysem4392so true. I’m from San Francisco California and on a map you look at a mile distance and think driving would take a minute or so yet depending on the day and time can take 20 minutes on the same route and distance. It’s crazy.

For both house hunters, their house choices were the best option out of all they saw. Below budget and with more space and value for money.
Bless Grandma 💕❣💕.
What a happy episode! I love the couple and I love the trio!

Lovely episode❤❤❤
Great episode. A band is no worse than fighting couple, noisy, unruly children or blasting television sets. TFS ❤❤😊😊
I love the purple wallpaper in the first flat, that Phil is showing the couple
Smart boys!

I can't imagine having a band practicing next door. Go live in a warehouse far away from people! I love my normally quiet neighborhood.
My thoughts exactly. These three would be nightmare neighbours. But my money would be that the arrangement did not last long.
Video said band was a boyhood interest which the young men have given up and that they now have jobs from which they earn their respective living.
@@Rebel_Leader7My understanding is that they have given up music as a profession, not as a hobby.

A band would definitely disturb the peace of the neighborhood.
May is out, I think means when the Hawthorn flowers open. ❤ XXX
Full-on band practice in a terrace house? I see a rough road ahead.
Does Kirstie even know how gorgeous she is?
Think. 😢😢of. Neighborhood with loud band...
How is Croydon really? Some people say it's horrid and some people say it's good??

Or just go by how much money one puts in. Or just draw straws.
Until one of them says "No, I'm not moving and it's not in the purchase agreement so you can't make me".
That’s too much of a hassle. I think it should be based on how much money you’re putting down. You’re putting in no money? You get the smallest room.

Band too noisy
The ego size of the presenter Christy is mind boggling! How does she live with herself?
I don’t understand why people hate Kirstie so much. What has she ever done to you, Eileen? lol 😂😂😂
