Reminds me of my grandparents house in Chiswick. Same footprint but the en-suite to the master bedroom was a separate bedroom, plus there was a larger space where the separate wc was on the half landing. Such beautiful period properties.
I’m jealous of the owners of all them books! And what a versatile inspiring way to display them. From the condition of the shelves, we know they are well reinforced and could hold heavy sculptures, etc, for the new owners. Ty for the tour and I think it a very fair price for the space and location.
I loathe these victorian terraces. They are all the same and meh. I had the same exact design in Cardiff 20 years ago and it is less than a quarter of the price and identical.

Yeah a lot of these period townhouses have very similar layouts. That large bathroom would’ve originally probably been another bedroom as you say!
