I had a great time in Copenhagen, it was a blast. Friendly people, good food, great sights and, ok, too much rain, but as a Brit i can't really complain about that. The party in Pride Square after the final lasted late in the pouring rain and we all stayed there dancing! It was my first time to Denmark and to Eurovision and I'll be back to both.
To you Danes, notice on the boat it says: "Flyvefisk" but "LYV" is bigger than the rest of the letters ;) Haha a saddle message to the danish people! :P
Frank Loesser's daughter said the Danes adopted as their own that song, which he wrote for the "Hans Christian Andersen" movie (1952) starring Danny Kaye.

This was in the second semi-finale, but if that's what you saw, you probably had a commercial break. Interludes like this exist exactly because some countries have commercial breaks so there needs to be something to fill the gap for the countries that don't. If you missed out on this, perhaps you also missed out on the Museum of Eurovision History and the 12 Point Song, which are both far better, so check them out!
