My former FM shared this story about NK & China ~ He saw buildings with broken windows during his 1st NK visit many years ago. Note winter in NK is very cold. On a follow-up visit to NK, my former FM noticed living conditions in NK were much improved. He learnt that China helped NK to set up a glass factory etc. He also commented that NK people has lived with great dignity despite being isolated. A very misunderstood nation.

The patience of the Russians is far greater than my own. If I were leading Russia, the Baltics would already have ultimatums on the table. Belarus would be unleashed to secure, and fortify Kaliningrad. All ports in the Black Sea would be under Russian control. Transnistria would be reinforced, and Moldova given options. Western Ukraine would be seeing some long range action. All of Ukraine would become a war front with the goal of pushing to NATO borders. The West is not going to negotiate, or stop supplying weapons. The time to pull out all stops has come and gone. America is the real opponent. Alaska, ships in the Bering, Artic, and Baltic are all fair targets. Any airbase in any bordering NATO countries would need serious air defense. All African assets would be green. Any NATO installations would be touched. This really IS WW3..... governments are scared to act accordingly, but these events are inevitable.

Odessa was quite pro-Russian back in 2000-2006 I remember from being there, authorities were corrupt AF, unmatched worldwide. Those towerblocks in the suburbs were grimm at best, cant imagine what the'd look like stricken by a fab3000 Problem is, most of them left post 2022, the ones who could afford it or the ones having jobs abroad and the ones who didnt want to be drafted.
It was indeed pro-Russian and partly still is. The Ekaterina II statue was inaugurated in 2007 or 2008. Don’t underestimate the Ukrainian nationalistic propaganda that has been fed to the Odessits since then. I have always said that it’s best to split up the country in two new countries with Odessa as part of the new pro-Russian country.

A possible way for India and China to dramatically improve their relations, could be the Chinese inviting the Indians to 'co-manage' Southern Tibet, by creating an Indo-Chinese 'con-dominion' in the Eastern Himalayas Brahmaputra valley, as the Brahmaputra in Tibet is part of the larger Ganges basin. And comparable arragements could be initiated for the Indus part in the Western Himalayas. Pakistan, Bangladesh, Buthan, Nepal should also be involved in these talks.

Zelensky didn't try to prevent the conflict through diplomacy because he lacks honor and integrity.
In 2014 there was a coup. Soon after, there was a massacre in Odessa (dozens of people were burned alive). Ethnic Russians living in Ukraine were treated as subhuman. Their language and culture was being oppressed. A civil war broke out due to the rise in ethnic tensions. For 8 years the Ukrainian military was indiscriminately shelling civilians living in Donbas.
If Zelensky honored the Minsk agreement and pledged neutrality, none of this would have happened. The 8 year civil war would have ended and Donbas would have remained part of Ukraine. War is the ultimate failure of diplomacy.
Zelensky, Poroshenko, Merkel and Hollande admitted that Ukraine had no intention to honor the Minsk agreements.
Who didn't want peace? Who advised against the 2022 peace talks in April? Hint: someone visited Zelensky in Kiev at that time
Russia's national security was compromised once NATO began to expand eastwards. Russia clearly stated that Ukraine joining NATO was a red line (November 2021) and unfortunately this concern was never taken seriously. The Russians openly stated: if nothing changes, we will be forced to act in order to defend our national security. Enhancing the national security of one country at the expense of another is unacceptable. The Russians have legitimate security concerns.

There is evidence that Ukrainian troops have been indiscriminately shelling civilians in Donbas (they used petal mines and targeted areas where there was no military presence).
The azov troops trapped in the azovstal steelworks in Mariupol used human shields. They refused to allow civilians to leave despite of humanitarian corridors being present.
Russia held a proposed cease fire in order for the civilians to leave, but azov would not allow the civilians to leave.

The first terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed the truck driver and the individuals in the adjacent car (innocent civilian victims).
The second terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed two parents and severely injured their young daughter.
I have done a lot of research and it took me a long time to write this comment. I have stated a lot of facts and I have given my honest opinion.
I have provided a brief summary of events that took place. In order to explain this whole situation in great detail, a book would need to be written.
Hopefully someone will write an UNBIASED book, stating facts and allowing the readers to form their own judgments. Everything I said can be fact checked and verified.

In modern war (1940 forward) missiles are aimed via 'signal feedback loops.' To target accurately you need 'triangulation' - the launch point is known, the target coordinates are known - and the missile's position is known by a combination of pings between the launch position and the missile, and pings between the missile and the loitering drone --- and the drone's *moving* position (needed to 'cognize' the missile-drone pings) is calculated by a US military satellite array (at least three of them - again, triangulation) and a super computer at Kosovo which does the calculations quickly enough so that the signal feedback loop remains relevant considering the speed of the missile (see British Radar directing RAF to intercept points in the Battle of Britain).

It is completely misleading to say that Russia is "losing patience."
It is no doubt exasperated, but aside from using nuclear weapons - which it would not do unless it were on the verge of defeat - there is nothing more that it can do.
It is already doing all that it can.
Think in terms of Symmetrical Warfare and A Symmetrical Warfare, there is always something more you can do to turn up the heat 🥵 without using nukes...
If Russia arms the Houthis with Bastion and Oniks coastal missiles, the US and British warships will be in great peril. Similarly if Russia arms anti American groups in Syria and Iraq with Iskander missiles, American bases will be in grace danger. That is what is symmetrical response.
