    Ingredients
    marination
    chicken -2 1/2kg
    water
    rock salt-1sp
    vinegar -1/2cup
    chillypowder -1sp
    garam masala-3/4sp
    pepper powder- 1 1/2sp
    turmeric powder-1/2sp
    corn flour-1sp
    oil -1sp
    onion-12nos
    greenchilly-4nos
    tomato-4nos
    garlic-3nos
    ginger -1pc
    oil
    sugar-1sp
    coconut slice-1/2coconut
    cashews-20nos
    cardamom-10nos
    star-1no
    fennel seed-1tbsp
    mace-1no
    coriander -1tbsp
    drychilly-12nos
    cuminseed-1/4tsp
    sajeerakam-1/4sp
    cinnamon -4pc
    curryleaves
    ghee-2tbsp
    chicken fried oil-1cup
    turmeric powder-1/4sp
    salt
    curd-1cup
    water
    biriyani masala-1sp
    coriander and mint leaves
    chicken to be soaked in water with rock salt and vinegar.leave it for some time.
    take a pot and add chillypowder,
    turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper powder, cornflour and oil.then add chicken to it and mix well for half an hour.
    then fry the chicken,onion and coconut slice in it.
    then fry all masalas.
    then place a pan and add ghee to it and add ginger garlic paste to it and saute well.
    then add chicken fried oil to it and fry onion in it. then add tomato to it and saute well. when the coclour changes add green chilly, turmeric powder and salt to it. mix well.
    then add curd and fried masala grinded. then add littile water
    to it and add chicken to it. mix well. then add enough water to it and mix well. cook it by covering it for 10minutes.
    then add coriander, mint leaves and garam masala to it and off the flame. mix it well and serve it.
