Boxing is the same way. I guess any sport that Involves explosive movements but I’ve had the exact same thing multiple times only with boxing movements most of the time it wakes me up and I remember what movement I was making or what punch I was throwing.
I do that same shit like a lot. I probably flinch randomly 2-3 times a day. I honestly hate it cause my girl do be getting mad. Usually it’s people that are always go go go
I have that kinda of problem as well. Especially when im in a very light sleep and something in my mind will cause me to physically react, usually with my legs, but also rarely my arms will react too
He's got a parasomnia. It sounds like he lacks (skeletal) muscle paralysis/atonia during REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, which is typically when people dream. This is referred to as RBD (REM sleep Behavior Disorder). It's relatively rare & more common in older males. There is the idiopathic form & these people commonly have worse neurologic issues later in life. There is the symptomatic form & these folks may have type 1 narcolepsy (lack a hormone known as orexin/hypocretin). In some, it's medication-induced. If he hasn't already, he should have a polysomnogram sleep study to evaluate this.

Trauma responses are no joke 😂 the right before you get into a deep sleep is the worst bc you have to try and fall back asleep 😴 😂 maybe that’s why I haven’t gotten married yet either…hmmm maybe 🤔
I played hockey at a high level and fought at a high level and it’s nothing to do with sports what he’s experiencing . There called “the zaps” , where you will be relaxing and suddenly you feel like you got hit with a strong jolt of electricity, you don’t have to be falling asleep you can be doing anything and get them randomly .. it’s most commonly caused by taking ssri’s over a long period of time , they aren’t a harmful side effect long term or anything like that , just extremely annoying , and sometimes will push people to stop taking their antidepressants once they find out that they are the cause of the “the zaps” which is something nobody should ever do without speaking with your prescribing doctor first.
How ? He hasn’t been healthy the last two seasons But before dat 1900 year he had 947 and 1100 That’s not a one year wonder smh And stop liking ur comment
only way you can make that argument is because that was the greatest season by a wr ever, so I guess in comparison to his other seasons of 800-1110 yards, yeah it looks like underwhelming. He’s not a HOF but calling him just a 1 year wonder is a little bit disrespectful
Cooper's routes so deadly he gave himself ptsd💀

Mental reps are crucial for improvement.

He has always looked like a kind-hearted Amish father to me. 🥳
Ngl I do that all the time, but I'm 16 and have never played football before

I didn't even know this was a thing but I do this right as I'm falling asleep and it keeps me awake sometimes. Never knew it was called a thing.

That's different
Stopping the use of SSRI’s is something a lot of people should do, and never speak to their doctor again about it.
Your pills make your body jolt or seize up? Whatever you say, totally doesn't sound harmful 😂

because he hasn't had a wife!? or because brady calls him Babe? lol
