Bucee’s will give you a sliced brisket sandwich if you ask. I prefer sliced vs chopped brisket. The tacos are plump size which makes them worth paying $5.
We actually went last weekend! A little overwhelming is the right word. I was pretty frustrated by the lack of tables! I also noted that of all those tea and soda flavors, only 4 are sugar free (I had diet Buc-ees.) I will say, though...beaver nuggets are the BOMB! My husband is MilleniumIndian, we love your channel 😊
I've been to Buc-ee's at least 20 times! It helps when you live less than two miles from the place;) I live near Johnstown, BTW. Jerky is awesome, check out the Bohemian Garlic.
I’ve lived my whole life in the US and I feel like a foreigner watching this. 😂 There is a whole swath of America I know nothing about. The beaver nuggets (and candles!), tortilla wrapped sausage … speechless. And I don’t ever want to see a Buc-ee’s swimsuit in the wild, but look forward to seeing you sporting your Buc-ee’s attire in Vegas! Gemma is adorable, and so patient. ❤️ You guys are the best for doing this one! 😂
Never been to a Buc-ees, but have wondered what it's all about so thanks for the video! I can't believe you asked for people to send you pictures of the Buc-ees bathing suits. You know that's just asking for it. People are going to send you "Beaver on my beaver!" LOL.
I live near Chicago and have never heard of Buc-ees. But just two days ago someone at work was telling me about it. Then I watched your presentation. It was interesting-good job!
Thanks for the Buc-ees tour. Brings back memories when we went on our Major League baseball tour some years back in Texas. We really loved shopping at Buc-ees and filled up our shopping cart with all kinds of goodies to bring home. Thanks again!
You two do a great job w/ all your videos, cool that you went local this time. Since you're in Colorado are you hockey fans? If so Go Avs, hope they can right the ship for their playoff run :) And great job by the DU Pioneers winning the NCAA hockey frozen 4! Would love to see you review more off the path stuff along w/ your great Vegas content. keep up the good work and we'll be tuning in every time! BTW, any plans to check out Bazaar Meat at the Sahara? And if by chance I missed that one my bad :) Oh, and love your dog in the back seat, ours does the same thing and the timing was perfect when to try to sneak in a treat from you!
Thanks so much! We actually aren't big hockey people, but do cheer on Denver Teams like the Broncos and Rockies - both tough past few seasons but oh well. YES!!! I'm from Texas where bucces originally started. The brisket sandwich and breakfast burritos are a must. Now they're expanding outside of Texas so I hope they don't loose their originality. Great Texas staple 👍
Yep~We are getting the first one here in Arizona about 15 minutes from our home here in Surprise☆☆~Being from Cali, most definitely had never heard one of these stores before!!
Went to Buc-ees two days ago while driving from Jacksonville back to Tampa. Monday night at 9pm wasn't packed which was nice. I got 2 bottled drinks, a sliced brisket sandwich, a key lime pie in a cup and a 20 oz. Buc-ees tumbler all for $30. Not bad, and willing to support a company that pays their employees a decent wage. I like Buc-ees for the shear ridiculousness of it. Try the Texas Tea bottled iced teas, they are excellent and cheap.
I wish there was a Buc-ees near me! As much as I liked seeing you guys traverse that place and try some of their goodies, the real star of this video was Gemma. She's adorable and a really good dog. Glad she enjoyed the road trip with her parents ❤️
Yes, she made me laugh looking at all the food. Glad she got a few treats. I’ve never been to a Buccee’s but want to try one…Missouri has its first one! Thanks for sharing. Looks like a madhouse inside. The sandwiches/breakfast tortillas look good!
As someone who visits Buc-ee's at least once a week, I can suggest some of my favorites from there. In no particular order... The White Cheddar Beaver Nuggets; My favorite sandwich is the Club Melt. I think you need to revisit the Brisket and Egg taco and next time, add the salsa verde to it! The breakfast croissants are also very tasty. My favorite is the Sausage, egg and cheese. As for the Jerky, I have tried every single flavor they have and my favorite is the Bohemian Garlic. I'd splurge some and get the sample box of fudge. You'll get small pieces (24 to the box) of every single flavor they have! Don't forget they have a kiosk section where you can place a food order to be made fresh from the selection. I'm a BIG fan of the Grilled Cheese (add bacon) meal. I'll close out and say that if you are a little adventurous, get a chopped brisket sandwich and take it home. Toss the bun and add the brisket meat to a can of baked beans! BEST side dish EVER!!!
Buc-ee's is on my bucket list of things to see and do. There is one planned in a neighboring State, 3-4 hour drive from me. So there will be a road trip one day.
Had my first Buc-ees experience a couple of weeks ago in SC. Overwhelming to say the least. Arriving right around noon didn't help matters. Even with all the people, bathrooms were spotless and I was able to walk right up to a register to check out.
Poor Gemma! She didn't get enough of those tasty treats! I grew up with the Buc-ees folks in Texas! They gave me a one piece bathing suit which is already packed for my upcoming trip to Vegas! Cheers! Gloria

It was so much fun to watch your video and know that I actually live in Johnstown. And that’s the Buckys of course I watch getting built. God bless safe travels from Johnstown Colorado.
Went in a bucees today and man it was crazy busy. I tried the brisket sandwich. It was ok. I saw a portable fridge cooler at the door for $249 but the fam was in a huge rush so I never caught the brand. I know they carry Yukon and pelican standard coolers and had good prices on those so I thought the fridge was a good deal too.
You missed out on the Philly cheesesteak burrito. It was definitely one of my favorites. Our cashier told us to try beaver twists (bugels dipped in chocolate), but they were sold out when we stopped. Great video!
World's greatest store. It's headquarters is in lake Jackson, Texas. That's not far from clute. I used to live 20 miles from it. Everyone in South Texas loves buc ees
I've said for years they should build a Buc-ees between Primm and Jean along the _California Corridor_ near where the secondary airport is going to be built. Really, one down on the North end of the strip would be beneficial too and help draw traffic down there. Housemade tortillas is reason enough to stop in!
Visiting Texas right now and have been to Buc-ee’s twice already. I’m very impressed with the chopped brisket sandwiches and all the jerky! The clean restrooms are awesome! I was told to try the turkey sandwich, so that is next 😁
Buc-ee's is awesome! My first experience was August of 2023 on our way down to Florida. The first things we tried of the hot foods were the chopped brisket sandwich, the tortilla wrapped sausage, the pulled pork sandwich, the chicken sandwich, and some Beaver Chips. In the snacks we tried the OG beaver nuggets as well as the cinnamon and white cheddar ones, the hot cashews, and some cheese cubes. We also tried the Buc-ee's branded raspberry iced tea and lemonade. Im sorry you had a bad experience with the chicken sandwich because our's was incredible. The brisket is 🔥🔥🔥 but my favorite hot food was the sausage on a stick! I dont know how or why but it just works! Haha! They just had the groundbreaking today for the first Ohio location and it's only 2.5 hours from where we live. Tentative opening is December of next year and I can't freaking wait!!! I'm a Buc-eeholic for life!!!
The first time we went we were in shock! DR Pepper ICEEs! I'm home! Fudge, cinnamon rolls, bbq pork sandwiches, pralines and everything else. I spent over $100 and bought no non-perishable items! A Dr could perform surgery in the bathroom! The 2nd time I went I also spent over $100!
They are supposedly building another one in Orlando. They are growing quick. The one in Sevierville, TN has a 5k sign-on bonus and you wouldn't believe what they pay employees.
Buc-ees headquarters is just south of Houston Texas in Lake Jackson Texas. Houston Texas has the most locations of any metro area with 18 locations. Food is good but overall things are kinda pricey but cheap drinks,Ice,And clean restrooms go a very long way!
Now which Buc-eye did y’all go to? You did say Johnstown, Colorado? We’re going there this year. Hoping for June and or July. I’ve always heard there bathroom were the cleanest.

Hi guys! I have never heard of this place! I saw on the news that it opened! I’m in Aurora and will have to make the drive up there! Now I know what to expect!
Nice and fair report. There are many better values in other roadside stops but definitely not the merchandising. Better bbq as well. My guess is that you live in Cheyenne. While different in concept Little America is not your typical truck stop. How about a food tour of Cheyenne Frontier Days? (if you haven’t done a video already). Gas prices-lived in Colorado over 40 years. In my travels I would always fill up in Cheyenne because it was cheaper than anywhere In Colorado.
Good call! Yea we need to do a good tour at CFD one of these days. We are season pass holders for the concerts and PBR so we tend to be at the park at least 7 of the 10 days 🤣
I've visited stores in Austin twice over the years and last time I was really surprised they didn't have any benches for older folks to sit on so it's not a good thing that there isn't a place to sit down in there! That's weird especially with the focus on food.. And wow 95% of the food is something I shouldn't buy=tons of processing, sugar, salt and carbs. I would prob feel pretty yucky after a eating trip like you two just made but thanks for taking us along! Best from west Denver!
Thanks a bunch Trish. Yea this definitely was not a healthy meal option, not something we will likely do anytime soon again, but was fun while it lasted - and then it wasn't :)
Can't believe you haven't been to one before. Bucees is my secret obsession 🥰. My friends know I'm going to be in any Bucees for a while. Plenty of goodies to spend my money on.
while I haven't been to a Buc-ees, I did order the Beaver Nuggets, and after eating them for a while, they reminded me of a very crunchy waffle with syrup and a hint of butter, there is also a pun to be made about a beaver on bikini bottoms where the beaver meets the beaver
We visit relatives near Dallas every year and stopped at Buccee’s in Denton last time. Didn’t eat, but bought some shirts and things. Too anxious to get to Winstar Casino further up the road in Oklahoma. After watching your mukbang, we’re going to have to indulge next time. Your dog looks like a sweetheart.
I'm so jealous!! The one on I-10 in Mississippi hasn't opened yet (please, I don't have a vehicle as of yet). I look forward to taking my ESA (emotional support animal) with me and spoiling her ever so much (which is an understatement seeing as how she has her own toddler (not dog) bed and a dresser and a suitcase.😂
We've never been to Buc-ees, but it's on our list! This video cracked us up. Love the fact you could make an entertaining vlog in a convenience store. 😆
I’ve found the only reason to chop up brisket and cover it in sauce is because it is not very good. Should be juicy and sliced with very little or no sauce.
What did you think of Buc-ees or have you though from your own experience?
Bucee’s will give you a sliced brisket sandwich if you ask. I prefer sliced vs chopped brisket. The tacos are plump size which makes them worth paying $5.

For an older man, the best part for me is the clean restrooms with a full-time attendant. Yes, the brisket and bakery sections are great too.

I’m sorry we don’t rember exact pricing but they seemed to be $5-8 each
Building one 20 minutes from our home, I hope it is as hood as Sevierville, Tn.
They seem to be pretty consistent!
I have been seeing some great videos on this place. I wish they would build one in Michigan!
I’m sure it’s only a matter of time
You should have tried the Turkey sandwich. And they have a sausage on a stick wrapped in a tortilla. Both are yummy.
We did get the sausage on a stick….its in the second pass through.
Please don't leave your dog in the car. They can overheat in there so quickly.
Thanks Adrienne for the tip. Just so you know we did leave the windows down and water in the car for the dog. It also was not overly hot this day.
Been to all the Buc-ees in Texas and the 2 in Florida and the 4 in Alabama, and one in Geaorgia, and one in Tennessee.
Wow that’s awesome
Great sizes for sandwiches, the egg and Brisket sounds great..the chicken sandwich looked delicious who did the dog like the food.
Thanks Brian, the dog loved every bit she got 🤣
We need one here in Michigan! I would road trip!
Hi guys!
I have never heard of this place! I saw on the news that it opened! I’m in Aurora and will have to make the drive up there! Now I know what to expect!
It’s an experience for sure!!
@@JoshRachaelwe won “behind the chutes” seats at a charity auction on year. It was fun ducking the clods of mud kicked up by the critters
@@PCBill0622 Now that would be awesome - we haven't been lucky enough to do that before, but would love to
For the sweets the soda was your favorite?!?!!! No words.
Thanks
We will hit one up on the way to Florida after watching this!
Definitely check it out
Can't believe you haven't been to one before. Bucees is my secret obsession 🥰. My friends know I'm going to be in any Bucees for a while. Plenty of goodies to spend my money on.
Haha that’s awesome!
while I haven't been to a Buc-ees, I did order the Beaver Nuggets, and after eating them for a while, they reminded me of a very crunchy waffle with syrup and a hint of butter, there is also a pun to be made about a beaver on bikini bottoms where the beaver meets the beaver
Haha that there is
Hi Josh and Rachael! This is a great video. I'm weird, I've always loved convenience stores! Hugs to Gemma from my doggies, Simon, Leo and Flower. 🤗😋
Aw - hugs back! We tend to be like little kids in a convenient store and love going too!
Thanks for watching!
Love buc- cus been to four of them
Bucc-ee’s can be overwhelming but it gives you something to look forward to on a long trip . Can’t beat those bathrooms . #wulffdendad
It’s perfectly placed for us if we ever want to stop in on our way to the airport or on the way home
That is awesome! Thanks so much
That sausage on a stick was funny!❤👍🇺🇸
🤣
All I thought was poor doggy in a cramped car smelling that food and not getting any😩
Keep watching
Love the dog in the back. Come on, Dad flick, flick us a bit😂
She’s the best
I'm so jealous!! The one on I-10 in Mississippi hasn't opened yet (please, I don't have a vehicle as of yet). I look forward to taking my ESA (emotional support animal) with me and spoiling her ever so much (which is an understatement seeing as how she has her own toddler (not dog) bed and a dresser and a suitcase.😂
So many fun treats at Bucees!
We've never been to Buc-ees, but it's on our list! This video cracked us up. Love the fact you could make an entertaining vlog in a convenience store. 😆
We hadn’t either but sure had fun and will likely stop again in the future!!
I’ve found the only reason to chop up brisket and cover it in sauce is because it is not very good. Should be juicy and sliced with very little or no sauce.
We agree!
Y'all have to try the deboned chicken stuffed with jambalaya in the frozen section. That will make you want to go back
I was today years old when I learned Bucees has a frozen section. And we have been back 3 times 🤣
There are two in Florida one in Daytona 1 and St Augustine
Nice!
My very favorite thing at Buc-ee’s is the Texas Cheesesteak Burrito. My gosh that’s good.
Funny thing…we just tried that last night on our way home!
It was pretty tasty!
