Just started playing this on Xbox a couple of days ago. This video is great. Absolutely awesome for exploration and some base building advice. And, unlike a lot of streams, your gameplay continues smoothly. Some I've watched just grinds to a halt during conversations. But, mate, your situational awareness is abysmal - but funny. "Where are these guys coming from?" And the spawn pylon is directly in front of you. 🤣 Thanks so much for a great video!
Hopefully you figured this out, but he runs in for the first hit because before that hit he is out of combat. You do not have Use turned on when he's out of combat.

I watched you playing the demo. Seems the developers didn't changed much but the putin more quest. So i will give it a try add the end of next month. Have a nice day.
Thanks, you too! The gameplay seems to be the same as in the demo but the world looks substantially bigger. I'm looking forward to streaming it some more today to find out more.

The only aye to get certain armors is find the area it spawns and FARM.
Also if bob will tank you need to reprogram him to taunt.
Yeah I've decided its not worth it to spend time farming for certain armour sets. You often move on to a new area and start finding better pieces anyway.
Is there thirst and hunger mechanics in this??
No, but you can craft food and drinks for buffs.
they devs intend to implement hardcore mode in future
looks exciting... does support gamepad??
I haven't tried, but as its on console too I bet a gamepad would be fine.
I'm on the missions "Damage and interest" I can't seem to get the zombies to draw water from the river. I've placed the pylon, hydro generator and water tank near water and got the zombies to collect but they're just standing there doing nothing. Anyway help would be good
Have you equipped them with buckets at the pylon configuration screen?
@@MarkGFL yeah so I think it was just stuck I left the area came back and then they sort of snapped into it 🤣
@@ryan4640 Mine did something similar, refused to collect at first and then magically started. They must have been on a cigarette break :D

Actually I haven't got to that part yet, maybe I'll get there in todays stream though. If I learn anything I'll let you know.
Any idea how to equip zombots armor?
You can't wear it yourself (I wish!) but you change the armour of your allies. For the zombot that runs around with you, go into the inventory screen, select the Zombots tab at the top of the screen and choose the armour type you want in there. If none are available yet you need to loot more pieces to make a style 100%.
You can do the same for the zombies you spawn at pylons, but through the pylon configuration menu.

@@jonnaybennatabi8771 I can't remember one about a switch. There was one to talk to Ignacio, one to collect dehydrated food from the mall... does it come after those?

Does anyone know how to throw the boomerang PS5?
Sorry, I haven't tried it with a controller. I found this on Reddit but don't know if its correct:
"To throw the boomerang, you need to equip it in your left hand and then press the R1 button. When you do this, you should see a red arc on screen showing you the boomerang's trajectory. You can then release R1 to throw the boomerang.
As for spears, they are the same as the boomerang. Equip it in your right hand and press the R2 button to throw it. You should see a blue arch on screen to show the spear's trajactory before releasing R2 to throw."
You are sometimes to blind to the things right in front of your eyes..it is irritating...i end up screaming at my screen

Congratulations pal, I don't normally waste my time replying to idiots but you're in the running now for the Moron of the Month award. I played a couple of hours of the demo and then 3 weeks later - after some things had been patched and changed and enough time had lapsed for me to forget how certain mechanics worked - I played the full release. I'm guessing you saw my demo video and then part of the full gameplay series back to back without stopping to look at the dates. Thanks for announcing you're leaving the channel though, we were all waiting with baited breath eager to hear about it.
Nice game, you stop playing and talk a lot of useless subjets and made the gameplay really boring
It's a live stream with a live audience, the whole point is to interact with them and talk. It's actually really fun. You can see the live chat replay and the the discussion from the audience in the bar on the right. But I'm guessing this sort of thing isn't for you, which is fair enough - we all look for different things in our entertainment. Thanks for stopping by and I wish you a good evening :)
What was the old movie where zombie head like a head device just like that and there was like a zombie gardener and a kid and something like the device kinda broke and the zombie ate some other guy, but not the kid. I dunno it has been like 20 years since I've seen it.
Was it Fido? I've not seen it but sounds similar.
