Seed money to do all this was mainly created because of that first Cali house she bought in foreclosure... then the housing bubble came, then she sold at the right time. Housing bubbles/profits like that come around maybe once in a generation. Some risk and work, but also lots of luck here too. She also got remarried to a rich guy, which helped her do what she did. She did not do all this alone.

Seed money to do all this was mainly created because of that first Cali house she bought in foreclosure... then the housing bubble came, then she sold at the right time. Housing bubbles/profits like that come around maybe once in a generation. Some risk and work, but also lots of luck here too. She also got remarried to a rich guy, which helped her do what she did. She did not do all this alone.

I paid off my student loans and finally bought some land with a house on it, now I'm turning that into an asset by turning it into a small farm.

Yes. Robert's principles regarding passive income and cash flow made sense and worked well for me, even though I decided not to use real estate investing as one of the cash flow streams. It took 15 years, but now financially independent (passive cash flow exceeds living expenses). BUT please don't make your assistant sit 18 inches below everyone else in future videos.
