I love listening to everything these legends talk about!!! The volume of practical experience of decades they have one can't find in books or anywhere else!!! I already own shares of Tattooed Chefs and Kairos Minerals, and I'll buy some Corsair as well. Sure, I don't mind having these equities sit around for a few years, but I'd also like to appreciate short-term profitable investments that could, say, turn $100K into $500K.

There are actually a lot of ways to make high yields in a crisis, but such trades are best done under the supervision of Financial advisor.
@Jose luiz Think about this: when a person is That Good at making investments to have such extreme profits, do you REALLY think they would still work? They would have more money to burn everyday, than there are matches in the world to light it with. Don't let anyone lure you into financial obscurity, because most are not in it for you. They're in it for themselves. And if they are still in it, that's proof, that they haven't made it yet. Gold mountains are a fata montana for the money thirsty. You'll be drinking sand.
I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.

I've been around long enough to really taste how profitable it can be. Admittedly, times are desperate in a bear market, but in my opinion, there is no market condition that a good financial advisor cannot move, especially those that have existed since the 2008 crisis and before.
@@DanLeahfort They're quite effective I've been using the skills of an advisor since the August 2015 stock sell off when the Dow fell over 1800 points which inherently wiped out all my gains I was in down over $80,000 (terrible times)... That's when I started using an advisor, it took me about 6 mnths to break even and also a gain net of about $460,000. Being aggressive certainly carries greater risks, but with an Invstment-coach everything has been calculated at risk.

✌️Giving all praise to this team of guru's for bringing my life back on track when I thought everything was gone, but with the help guidelines I was able to realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks (with the help of my Financial Advisor of course) and made about 246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million.

Although Robert is not wrong. Higher education does provide higher income, that provides more money to be invested into assets. Most of these successful people you see like RK did go to school, but were fortunate enough to figure out how to get rich, and fortunate enough to get education revolving around finance and economics. It's good that these famous people are informing us and how easy it is to access this advice.

5:33 Is it true that the cash flow from assets are not taxable? If a person has a rental property, isn't that cash flow (rent) from the tenant taxed as a profit?

Being stingy with your extra money is tolerable, as long as you have a long term plan for it. Especially if you're debt free. Emphasis on debt free, because then only can you start thinking about investments.

It's not advisable to invest, when you're not yet debt free.
I think all these are circumstantial. If you can find a high yield investment plan, wouldn't that even facilitate the process of clearing your debt?

Save up for an asset that maximizes your time, energy, or money.
An example is a rental property. Find a property that already has a tenant in place or will have a tenant by the time you close on the loan. The mortgage may be $600, but if the rent is $900, you have a cash flow of $300 a month.
Educational systems should Include this kind of teachings in their program! Do you agree?
