actually this screen appear only if your PC has major problem
SOLUTION : 1) first cause of this problem is you usb , ps2 or any other port is broken.. that's why this screen came in my case my ps2 port is broken that's why keyboard is not detected
so, after replacing the keyboard the problem is gone..
2) if solution 1 is not working for you then try ....it
just change your PC RAM stick ..

I wish your video helped me but unfortunately doesn't. I am stuck at American Megatrends screen. Messages say: "Please enter setup to recover Bios settings. No Keyboard detected. Press F1 to run Setup". I have already tried removing RAM, tried removing devices, tried removing internal drives one by one, two at a time, and all at once as well, also tried removing cmos battery, tried resetting cmos, also replaced cmos battery, nothing works, tried a different USB keyboard too. hey man, im having this issue, i swapped my dual channel 8gb ram, and replaced it with a dual channel 16gb ram for both side's , as i did that this screen came out, when i switched it back to the 8gb ram everything went back to normal.

Thank you so much for your video! Mine is somewhat different: it sees 0 drive (why?!). 2 keyboards, 2 mice and 2 hubs, even though I only have one Bluetooth keyboard and one mouse. If I save the settings and exit, it just reboots to the same bios window... I faced the problem "New cpu installed" after replacing old asus motherboard p8b75-mlx plus
To boot Window successfully: press F1-> Then F8 to select hard drive with OS. I had to do it everytimes.
All my tries : re-installed Windows, changed new CMOS battery, updated latest BIOS version
But has no result. Besides, all changes in BIOS were not saved.

I'm in the same boat as you EvilSatan666, my pc seems done. I have a weird situation in that my USB ports work with my mouse, or cellphone as well, but USB keyboards are not working. I'm stuck at American megatrends screen and cannot get into bios either. Keeps saying "No keyboard detected. Press F1 to run Setup". I can't press it because keyboards aren't detected, and my Asus motherboard doesn't have a legacy ps/2 port either. Not sure what else to do to get into Bios. Smh
@@Genycis For me it seems like it's stuck. I can get into my BIOS settings when I use a PS2 keyboard and spam the key instantly when the Americans Megatrends screen shows up. After like 1 second on that screen, I couldn't do anything. Not even turn the numpad on/off, like everything just crashes and I'm stuck. When I have time, I'll try to run Windows or Linux on another HDD and check if my current HDD is the problem.

If you face this issue in your Laptop/Computer then 90% chance that the Hard drive of your Laptop/Computer may be corrupted or can be corrupted very soon.
If your Laptop/Computer is under warranty then I suggest you to go to your nearest service center because service center have lot of equipment by that equipment they can check your system thoroughly and tell the actual issue.
If your Laptop/Computer is already out of warranty then I also suggest you to go to the service center because in exchange of service they can charge you some extra money but believe me it's worth it.
Most of the time the service center told to replace the Hard drive that's why I tell you at first to replace the Hard drive.
