After dealing this with 5 year ...finally i am so much thankful to you brother....
@ixYoseph yes damn serious, here every shop just say, ur windows is corrupt....
My problem is that when this error shows up, it says my keyboard is detected but when i press F1 key pc does not respond to it. I tried all the other ports as well issue remains the same
Please help 😭
same problem bro did you fix it already? maybe you help me
same problem
I have same problem but i fixed it i use new keyboard
I currently have the same problem.
Hello, I have this same problem, I have some doubts after watching your video (I do not understand anything about BIOS, systems and all that): 1) You do two similar processes, one before and one after changing the battery. In the first one you disable the option "wait for F1 error", then restart the PC, and the same error appears again, then I ask: 1.A) Is THIS (the fact that the same error reappears) a signal indicating that the battery needs to be changed? And if it is, 1.B) Why after having replaced it, do you not reactivate the option you disabled ("wait for F1 error") to leave everything as it was before? 1.C) After changing the battery, you set the time, but is it necessary? Does the computer not take the Internet time automatically?
2) My brother-in-law (systems engineer) told me through WhatsApp, that the system does not find the operating system, and that the error could be due to the dead battery, or that the hard drive was damaged (but he can not fix the problem, "due to lack of time" :(. This is very important to me, desperating rather, because I work with this computer...). So I ask, if I changed the battery, and the error still persisted, would that mean, UNEQUIVOCALLY, that my hard drive is damaged? Or is there some other component that could be broken instead?
I thank you very much for this excellent video, which you have so generously shared, and for your time and attention! Best regards!
Tu cuñado no te quiere mucho. ;-)
Compra un ssd baratillo, instalas el SO nuevamente en él, y prueba.
Hay programas y herramientas para comprobar los discos.
1.C) No.
Suerte.
Switching boot priority in Bios from windows boot and disabling the F1 in Advance Settings in Bios was enough to boot normally without changing the motherboard's circular battery next to the CPU.
What if I’m pressing f1 and nothing happens, keyboard is working fine
@@AEAGODMe too, I have to press Del for 2 minutes
Hello did you solve the problem same for me too
Fed up with going to bios, try to disable F1 error. But in more new bios CV it is under advanced but boot settings 😮
@@tarkcelebi6652did you solve this , I'm stressed out not sure what to do ...
You are a legend, this was the first and only tutorial I needed.
HOLLY SHIT!!! I cannot tell you how many videos I’ve watched and didn’t worked. Even read some comments that also didn’t work. But this video this all I had to do was just disabled the f1 setup then done, thanks g 🙏🏻
Did the problem replicate again for you? Did tou have to buy a new battery still?
this man is the most sexiest man i have ever heard in a month THANK YOU MAN
Replaced CMOS battery. After powering up PC, a prompt to continue by pressing the F2 button shows up hours later. PC works fine. How do I get to the normal login screen without having to press the F2 button every time?
Figure it outv
I have problem, is saying me some warning, and even with all Bios settings are correct, it still after restart/reboot gives me to american megatrends.
Mine is stuck on American Megatrends but there’s no text underneath. No option for F2 or F11. This happened on a new build after I tried to update bios.
Bios instant flash started, display went off and after restarts I’m forever stuck on the logo with no options. I already took out ram, cmos for 30+ minutes. Did I brick something?
The best solution ever. Tried so many things to solve it. But your video made it easy and it worked. Thanks a ton man!
Thank you so much for saving my computer by this method !!!😊
Thank you! Very weird, I just got this problem from nowhere.
My problem is that after entering American megatrends and pressing enter, there is no response. The keyboard and mouse numbers are also displayed abnormally.
How do i get to this screen?????? Please help me bro it says no signal.
I need this to appear
tested my cmos, and i got 3 Volts. Is it still necessary to replace it?
No point as I tried it and still doesn’t work
Thanks man you are a lifesaver! For me it was Just changing the f1 setting
So if turning off "Wait for F1" works you don't have to change the battery?
Then why is there an error in the first place? 🤔
Thank you so much!!!!! It's finally fixed!!! You are the BEST!!!!!! Thank you
Greattt.. it works! Thank you very much! 😍
You save my life for like 3 years im very thankfully to you
your a lifesaver man should get the medal of honor 🙏

But now whenever i start my pc first the screen remains black for 15-20 seconds and straight away shows windows login screen
i cant see that bios screen which I was seeing before and also I can't access my bios right now but I can use my windows as usual

What if your PC keyboard freezed you can't press F1 , what should I do?
So even though I disabled and my computer started working again it still isn’t totally fixed ?
What's wrong if I've changed the battery but it still happens? The clock in the UEFI keeps on resetting and i have to boot it manually everytime.
I have the same problem

No. Disabling the f1 do not solve the problem, this only disable the message

Ohgoshhh my my pc is in trouble right now then i see this video, thanks a lot effective now my pc is good and also can i navigate my pc hahahah
To the people that weren't able to make it work because F2 or F1 buttons weren't responding, i have found a fix. I do not know if its for everyone but i will tell you how i fixed it for myself. I opened the case of my computer and i was messing around with the parts alot and testing absolutely everything out. Untill i unplugged my cpu cooler and replaced it back in. I restarted my computer and everything worked as normal. So basically what i can tell you is, look for loose parts in your computer or try replacing your parts out and in again. Hopefully it works for you too!
I did exactly what you said but it moves to another problem which is windows not starting normally. Help me out please. Thanks.
Thank you so much. It’s solve my issue…
You just probably saved my pc. It still boots really slow. I just installed a new ddr4 16gb ram and it started actinh like this.
Turning the "f1 if error" setting off fixed my issue. But what issue was there?
Thanks for your helping Video my problem solve ❤❤
Very helpful. Thank you very much! ☺️
I avoid this by not connecting the keyboard while turning on the device. I have been doing this for four years😂, until I found a video thanks
Yes it work. My display is a bit different as it is a new motherboard. As i can't dis-enable it, i let it stay as enable, next click Boot then save and exist. When restart again it is solved. Big thank you. 😃😃 Subscribed
i have windows 8.1 and its not turning on i am doing everything the american megatrends but no when i do everything it says the computer will shutdown after 15 seconds and then it doing nothing
What if there is no F1 option. It doesn’t let me press any keys. It just shuts down after 15 seconds
Edit: I was able to fix my issue by replacing the battery on the motherboard. Hope this helps someone else.
Hold FN then press 1

Thanks legend the first one worked perfectly fine
After I did this, the screen said “The current BIOS setting do not fully support the boot device.
Click OK to enter the BIOS Setup.
Go to Advanced > Boot > CSM Parameters, and adjust the CSM (CompatibilIty Support Module) settings to enable the boot device.” I followed the directions and my computer finally started working. I’m in my last semester of grad school and almost shit myself when my computer stopped working.
Thanks Dude 👍
why is my PC, even though the cmos battery has been replaced, every boot it always asks to press F1 and the bios always resets to default. Unable to save BIOS settings. my motherboard is ASUS.

@@Braseba Claro, tal cual lo indica el video hay que deshabilitar la opción "wait for f1 if error" minuto 1:09 guardas cambios y cuando reinicies, ya se irá directo al boot sin avisarte el error que te pide teclear f1. saludos!
