These are good heaters. It shutting off if tipped over or picked up is to prevent it from causing a fire in case it calls over, and the switch for “1” and “2” is to change the fan speed. This heater was made by the Holmes group. Nice video
I've had one that's work very well for years until now it's perpetually on I think the knob might have burnt out somehow and now it for pet it perpetually just blows, and even then before that I just randomly cut out... I'm not sure if it's just showing its age or not

i remember my dads heater it was a patton it died on 2016
We have one, but the switch doesn't work on it, so we have to unplug it manually
