The ascent is far away to be perfect, also if you want to circularize do the burn when it comes, not before (and this is for all maneuvers you do). You had a lot of extra fuel, so it does not matter. However, for more difficult missions, you need to improve the efficiency. Don't load more fuel than you need, don't carry more weight than the necessary for the mission, plan your trajectories and burns to be as efficient as you can. Try to see tutorials of how you should do that. Mods like kerbal engineer, mechjeb, trajectories, etc. will help you a lot, I saw u had some of them, so use it. Wellcome to KSP worl! :D
I wouldn't qualify someone as new after 700 hours gametime :D Although there is no hurry, everyone learns at their own pace. Especially when it comes to ksp, for this game, it's best to have a friend to coach you.......i am suprised / sad that noone showed you how to do this things.
That ascent trajectory gave me a stroke
😂
When i played the game for the first time this is how i went with Mun Landings, no trajectory only big rockets
Try a shallower ascent and you might be able to land on the mun with that
@@simontautorat1014 thankyou for the advice, I will try that
