Here's a case of a little girl 'tempted by candy'. I don't argue for shop-lifting but have my reservations that this retail outlet could have done better owing to the juvenile age of the subject. Was the candy open? Was the difference between the value of the milk pack and the Ksh.1400/- enough to take care of the chocolate?
