Hey guys, I'm going to post a question here to see if anyone can help me. I have a K500W (tri mode) and due to lack of knowledge, I installed the K500 software (wired only) on my notebook. As a result, my K500W lost wireless functions and now behaves like a K500. Does anybody know how to solve this?
Just a guess, have you tried holding FN + ESC then wait until the lights blink? That restores everything to default. Let me know if that works for you.

@@mitovskill6410 I connected the bluetooth, when I want to know the battery level I switch to it and Windows informs me. Then I return to the Dongle
