This scammer sounds depressed. Can’t say I wouldn’t be depressed if I were stuck doing something awful like this just so I could eat. It’s sad that this stuff is still happening. My friend works in the money center at Walmart and she had an older woman come in scared and on her phone trying to send 8534.87$ and when my friend asked to speak to the person on the phone to make sense of what the woman needed she realized fully that it was a legit 100% scam and saved that woman her literal life savings. I swear I don’t understand how they do this and sleep at night. I couldn’t do this so I’d probably be starving to death somewhere because I won’t steal from anyone. Nope nope nope.

Working in a Call center in India is like being a lawyer in the states. Very prestigious job. I would bet at first most don’t realize it’s actually a scam they are doing if they ever do. They just know they have a prestigious call center position.
I would agree with you if I believed that they needed so much money to "survive", but I know they don't. To "survive" in India doesn't take anywhere near the amount of money these lowlifes steal from people. They steal THOUSANDS of dollars from each person during these tax scams. They are stealing to buy themselves nice stuff and live well because it doesn't require thousands a month to "survive". Stealing is wrong and those who do it are the type of people who think they are owed by others. A few have no other choice, but many enjoy stealing from those they think are "greedy" and have too much and can afford to have their stuff stolen. I have NO sympathy at all for them. They are criminals.

It's illogical how these guys always know that you (you as in scambaiters) were messing with them without saying anything to you until you reveal you were baiting. Spock should have used the mind probe on this guy, although I don't think there would have been too much to reveal. Great video.

I actually had a scammer try and turn it around on me like that before. He was like "you think you're clever calling to waste my time but you're not. I get paid regardless by the hour!" But if he thinks that's gonna stop me from scam baiting, apparently he's the one that's not so clever! If anything he gave me insight on the scam that suggests the people who run the scam are the ones making the money while the the people like him who make it happen only get hourly chicken feed. A scam within a scam. Good thing you didn't try to mind meld with him otherwise he probably would've come at you with a Battliff! And the next time a scammer asks me to blow the horn for verification, if I'm anywhere near my car (not driving), I'm gonna set the phone on the hood and lay on the horn (its loud as hell)! kmsl

These scams are so pitiful, it’s hard to believe anyone falls for them. And yet they wouldn’t keep doing it if they weren’t successful at least some of the time. Keep doing the good work and tie those bastards up as long as possible!
I don’t understand how anyone can fall for this scam. To pay the IRS... you have to go to a store? keep them on the phone during your commute to this store? Not allowed to tell anyone about it? Not supposed to speak to anyone in the store? You have to buy gift cards? None of it makes any sense. Who in their right mind would jump through all of these hoops to pay a bill, and not realize it’s not legitimate?
Some people have law IQs(which is not funny and doesnt make them less human), some people are old and dont know how it works so its easy to scare them into paying, and some people are just super ignorant/stupid.

You should tell the scammer that you want to go to jail option then call them back again after one hour and asked them why you haven't been arrested yet since you had a non bailable arrest warrant on your name😎👍

Pappamonke I got the IRS scammer called me it directed. Me to a prompt to hit a number to speak to a IRS agent. I was like mmmm k. The person said hello how can I help you. I told him and he just hung up. It ended up being another routing number thing that trying to call out of the country again.
When they are reading a script it comes across so an unnatural. What was take all your belongings about sounds like you are of to your holidays. One time it might be fun that you tell them you are going directly to the. It’s and at to everybody you can. The fun is to hear the panic the scammmers voice.
Recently an elderly woman received one of these calls and was nearly scammed for thousands. She was at target when the "irs agent" suddenly started cursing and then he hung up. She's a very chatty woman who will make small talk with anyone. Not to mention I've been on stores that were very quiet inside. I have little doubt the scammer suspected that he was being baited. They feel so humiliated when they've been baited to the point of overreacting. This is why they try to say they knew in spite of being on the phone for an hour.
It's probably a good thing that you didn't tell Kirk about your IRS issues. He doesn't need to know everything you do. Sometimes, that guy acts like a tin-plated dictator with delusions of godhood. Let him know on your next mind-meld.

Just give them fake last four digits of your SSN and ask them to pull up your information before they send this so-called warrant out. They can’t and thus case closed.

Recently an elderly woman received one of these calls and was nearly scammed for thousands. She was at target when the "irs agent" suddenly started cursing and then he hung up.
She's a very chatty woman who will make small talk with anyone. Not to mention I've been on stores that were very quiet inside. I have little doubt the scammer suspected that he was being baited. They feel so humiliated when they've been baited to the point of overreacting. This is why they try to say they knew in spite of being on the phone for an hour.
It's probably a good thing that you didn't tell Kirk about your IRS issues. He doesn't need to know everything you do. Sometimes, that guy acts like a tin-plated dictator with delusions of godhood. Let him know on your next mind-meld.

Just give them fake last four digits of your SSN and ask them to pull up your information before they send this so-called warrant out. They can’t and thus case closed.
