Hub Caps and Wheel Covers are indeed two different things. A hub cap only covers the hub or a portion of the wheel, a Wheel Cover covers the entire wheel. This care would have had standard as equipment the standard hub cap, also known as dog dish or poverty caps.
Meh, so wheel covers are basically overgrown hubcaps. Nowadays, even the "cheapest" new cars usually come standard with AC, cruise control, power windows, etc. That's not a good thing in my book. All of those things add up, and if you want basic transportation, meaning no AC, no sophisticated electronics, and crank windows, you should have that option, but you don't. You're paying for extras that you don't need, and maybe don't even want. I can't stand cruise control, but if I'm buying a new car, I'm paying for it, like it or not.
Question : Are you the guy who has contacted youtube to delete my video about a 1969 Dart because I used a part of the same commercial than you ? 🙄

What is your work exactly, the entire video or just colorized and remastered the original video?
