Your going to get that sometimes No gala tent is designed for heavy rain ( Thunderstorms ) They just are not put together for weather conditions that intense out doors , thunderstorms high winds, heavy rain etc However from construction engineers view here speaking You don't have this setup correctly mate ! The roof base should be overlapping the scaffold structure foundations, this effectively would send heavy water down the outside of the frame , you have it set with the roof material inside not overlaping the frame , which would effectively send water to drip inside instead . I'm not saying that's 100% issue you have , but from what I can see basis here I work as event technician
The warranty cover for the PE Gala Tent is 12months, the PVC is covered for 3 years, Gala Tents can last up to 10years + 👍 even the PE first shown, however seam sealer in some cases maybe required on the early models after 12 months of use or storage. The New 2019 PE Gala Tent canopy are all now seam welded due to more recent investment in technology so moving forward all bases covered! 👍 See Johnathan’s updated video below. ua-cam.com/video/D4tw0LngaS0/v-deo.html
The majority of reports of water ingress usually turn out to be condensation as hot air meets cold and moisture risers from the soft ground usually over night and it’s very rare any Gala Tent will leak.
Lol I had mine 7 years out of the 7 years it has stood in the garden for the last 3 years all year round and I live on the coast. What you get is condensation. It's plastic pvc lol. You just don't understand what you have bought Open the doors and let some air flow through it
Well I have a PE one the same as yours and it serves me well for what I use it for which is in my garden with friends and family if like you I was using one for business I would have chosen the more expensive PVC material (just saying)
Hey mate. I deal with manufacturers regularly. If they have offered sealant agree to accept that as long as there applying it for you. You should not have to do remedial work on the product yourself.

You've not put the sides on properly. They're meant to go behind the poles not around them.
