I highly recommend reading the book "My Life" by Isadora Duncan. Written and completed just before she died, it was published posthumously. A marvelous portrait of the mind of a great artist. An inspirational read for anyone who is trying to find their own musical or artistic "voice."
Isadora Duncan died Sep 15 1927. She was in the passenger side of the car made the statement while tossing a very long scarf over her shoulders which immediately got caught in the back spokes of the tire. The minute he took off she began choking. Her friends raced to the passengers side back wheel but couldn't untangle it fast enough. She coked to death. Her body was cremated and placed on a wall of crypts of the cremated dead. There were many witness to this accident. The News papers all contradicted each other. The official story to her death were her witnesses eye witness account. Which I believe. Why would the driver confess if she was driving?
I knew of Isadora s a teenager. I am still quite new on the computer. this computer video has enabled me to see Isadora for the first time and learn more about her. didn't she die intragic circumstances?I wasn't aware of the age or time she lived in. I have seen her dancing and have been able to learn more about her. thankyou.
Interesting. You have certainly had a great life. My grandmother knew her quite well. She lived in London for a while. That was before the war though. As she probably mentioned to you, she was quite left wing in her sympathies. At least my grandmother thought so.
Anyone who grew up on the streets of 1880's America, virtually homeless, would probably be politically left wing. This would make sense if you think about it.
You don't need to put your opinion in caps. And let me get this str8 (I don't mean to sound like an idiot), your opinion of her child-like dancing is that it was a lie? What?
she never took one serious dance lesson ,too hard, prefered inventing this awful non dancing .please l am 58 and since l am 15 watch ballet .this is nothing .

If it is Lido di Venezia, then it is Italy, not France.
