- Basically "Robin Hood" or "Pancake Raid" themed for Easter...and with a plyometric bunny involved!
I intend using this after the "Easter Egg&C" session as a 5-10 minute game for fun.
Adjust the distances as you need. I will do this with about 40 runners, so I will have at least 10 teams/spoons and 50+ eggs.
Train well.
PS the bunny is not actually angry! But perhaps a little unhappy with eggs being taken!!!
