Prof Dr Javed Iqbal is a surgeon with special interest in laparoscopic and cancer surgery. His professional qualifications are FCPS, FRCS, FACS, FICLS, MCPS-HPE.

He has more than twenty five research publications on his credit along with a book on surgery entitled "The Operative Surgery"He is a published poet, short story writer, critic and broadcaster. His current areas of effort are teaching and training of soft skill at various national and international fora. He is very active on social media and his team runs a very well subscribed youtube channel covering versatile topics& interests. He is regularly being invited on national & international TV shows for his intellectual contribution. He is an influential speaker. Millions of people are getting benefit from his videos on medical education, FCPS training, parenting, relationships, human wellbeing and various other social issues.
Govt of Punjab has recently assigned him the role of member, Punjab Health Policy Board.

You can do everything if you want to do the thing.
1) Accept it your brain is producing more thoughts, Thoughts Machine, normal people doesn't have like you.
2) Normal people focus on their work. You too need to focus while offering Namaz, Reciting Quran, Darood Sharif or Remembrance of Allah. Focus on study, playing, reading, writing, cooking, washing, talking, walking. Focus on what you are doing but do good thing.
3) Increase your focus level.
4) Have a healthy food
5) Exercise
6) Sound sleep
7) Live stress free life
Work on your self. Now your everyday should be productive, it should not be wasted due to thinking thinking & thinking. Keep reading Darood Sharif for your heart peace and mental peace with focus.

U r saying correct.i do all these when ever I depressed.but this is very difficult to focus on one thing.
Right method of meditation makes all balances.....we get rid of this continuous cycle of thoughts. It is done with me.
Khyal neither negative nor positive..just a thought hamarai past air future kai base par jo dono control mai nahi hai..so just live in the present movement and explore universe.....jai hind from india😘
