Before my biggest problem was not taking action. I wasn’t mentored by Grant but I can tell he knows what he speaks about. The only issue is He sales the idea of a perfect super hero sales virus. Grant, where were you when I was in High School...powerful message! I wish I would have had access to you 11 years ago when I was finishing up High School and joining the Air Force. But I cannot let some injuries and surgeries slow me down now...it is never too late to add the turbo booster to an engine willing to dish out the horse power! I'm 76 years young...that was a great talk...Do what he suggests and modify for your personality and learning style...we are all different and what works for one individual may not work for another. Discover Your strengths and weakness; Grant suggests focus on your strengths your daily goals list. A study was done many years ago. And only 3 percent of the successful individuals had written goals throughout their life. I'm a retired BUSINESS OWNER, COLLEGE PROFESSOR TEACHING MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION; BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT, AND TEACHING READING A JOB CORP. I HAVE WORKED WITH AND PERSONALLY KNOW MANY OF THESE INDIVIDUALS. I TRAINED WITH TONY ROBBINS 1984 NLP TRAINING.

I am 60 yrs old. My success is my 32 yrs married to my bride. My business allowed my wife to stay home & raise our 2 sons. My success has been the lengthy relationship I have had with the BEST parents in the world. Owning my business since 1991. If school does this every year those students will happily yell that pledge like there's no tomorrow.
Not all successes are enveloped with money or chicks. For example, I am astronomer and I am pretty happy with where I ended. I don't need a lot of money for my goal. It is strange feeling when you pass all those people in school, who are still struggling, while you are travelling abroad in the world, moving 30 meter telescopes, pushing the edges of the humanity knowledge of the universe further away. Sometimes I feel guilty looking my friends struggling, and happy when they succeed in their goals.
Thats why I would define success as simply the progressive realization of a worthy ideal.
Success is subjective, your definition of success differs from someone else's.
GC says in his talk to the students it's about reaching for your potential. It seems to me you found yours, you should be proud - it's not all about money.
I agree with you. Success can be whatever you want it to be. Cardone has money. And that's all he has and all he ever will have. Love the guy! Entertaining!
