Hello Abdul. Do you want to change the scale of a huge drawing? If you use that command for a big number of objects, it can happen. The type for your CPU and RAM memory can interfer on that.

in one drawing i have 100 blocks and i need them to be half the size and scaled from the center of the block each block...is it possible to do with couple of clicks and not 100 times and scale it separetly 🤯 ?

The correct way to change units is by using the dwgunits command
