I've ridden some of these rides - especially the Booster, Pegasus and Energy Storm are really awesome! But one of the most intense thrill rides ever built is the "Capriolo" made by Mondial. This machine pulls some brutal G-forces - and going upside down through the station at full speed is absolutely insane!
i have been on the KMG speed 32 in the netherlands back in september, and honestly it was very underwhelming. it just does the same while you dont feel much aside from the ride being the tallest, the booster at my local traveling fair in my city however managed to black my vision and partially cut off circulation in my legs from how intense it was (the name of it is Vmaxx if anybody is curious) we do have a technical park shake off as one of our main attractions at the traveling fair and i must say it does put a lot of Gs on you, especially this year's edition it went extra hard
0:132:40 I rode this one. It's insane. This is a pure wtf ride. Halfway through the cycle, it basically does an inclined pretzel loop while you are upside down, it feels like your head is about to explode. The rest of the ride is also very good. 0:28 This also. 2:15 this as well.
One of the primary reason that these rides appear more at fairs than parks is due to the manufacturer designing the rides specifically to be transportable. The market for transporting fair rides is higher demanding and more profitable than permanent installations.
Loved your video, those are some insane thrill rides, I don't know why parks don't have more of these my guess is that they were designed for traveling purposes only because I have wondered the same thing great video once again!!!
I've been on some rides but the most extreme by far was German Top Scan 'Skater', I was actually happy it only lasted 3 minutes as the forces and loops were absolutely insane
Love your videos. On the question of Infinity and Speed 32: they're both VERY new, so I assume you'll see one stateside eventually! Kinda shocked Flying Circus von Barth, Misere (so wild, it only ran 1 season!), Mondial's Shake (like booster, but yet ANOTHER axis of rotation!) and the Capriolo (like a Speed, but with only 1 arm, so you apparently swing across the deck HARD from what I heard) aren't featured! Also, if you want a crazy flat to look up, look up the 70's ride called The Duzy --it was apparently nuts (a ferris wheel that could twist and even turn horizontal with cars that flipped and barrel rolled, all with a simple seatbelt and simple lap bar)!
I don’t actually get too nauseous on rides I don’t do Tea Cups or rides that spin in a constant motion I don’t trust those I actually get pretty dizzy on the small inverting frisbee rides
Brandon Stoff, wow finally a flat preview and what a bang. I believe you should send this to Herschend, Six Flags, Cedar Fair and SeaWorld and say add these
I forgot Merlin so send them to them and Hersey, Holiday World and Lagoon. Hey Cedar Fair, Michigan Adventure need a new Coaster, so just give them Inversion 24. It will calm them for another 2 decades and it still cheaper then a coaster
I would assume that all these rides only have transportation models so that may turn parks away especially it the manufacturer doesn’t want to build park models
Some records are from Germany, like Ghost Rider (nb.3) and Inversion (Nb. 1) from Rheinkirmes Düsseldorf, and tbh, Ghost Rider (nb. 3) is such an awesome Ride. I tried it several Times and would go again and again x3
@@the_dmb7569 You know the radius, so you the distance for a single turn. You also know how long it takes for each turn from the video, so you compute v = d / t, and you get the speed. The fastest turn is 90kmh (55mph) for all the KMG Speed 32 I have seen. (Btw you can also compute the g-Force just by looking at the video)
doesnt kings dominion have a kid version of that flying dutchman. - I liked it, so much fun. if it were taller could really be an awesome thrill attraction
Rode a Speed 32 pretty tame rides The moondance got good latterals and Sicko was somewhat out of the box but not crazy or insane I only rode a moser speed Flip with flipping gondola’s so Energy storm idk and only rode kmg xperience not xdrive sadly and only TP loopfighter and not Pegasus Loopfighter was tame Xperience was a bit disoriënting but didn’t got ill from any of these rides I’m curious to KMG tango and zamperla power surge
I don’t know why all those crazy fairground rides are not allowed at carnivals in the United States, and all we get are classics. I mean…don’t get me wrong. There are a few exceptions to this rule.
I went on crazy bob in Spain. It was so fast and intense I could not stop screaming.. and I felt like I had no more energy to scream thought the ride was finished and then it went again even faster. The legs were shaking when I got off 😂😊 I was with a girlfriend and we were literally holding on to each other for dear life haha
@@KeepRidinCoasters welcome :) I went on it twice last year and it was not as fast as this! They must of upped the ante on it. Fair ground operators sometimes push the rides to the limit.
The snapping eagles look great if they had twin towers for more capacity would Be good for a family parkbwanting a slight step up. Chessington or Paultons park in the UK. Maybe even victorian Gardens in New York.
Here's a word of advice for anyone who wants to go n ride these when you go to places that are stationary they are inspected less than the traveling carnival shows which are the ones I have worked for and they are inspected EVERY TIME THEY ARE PUT ON LOCATION = open for business 🎠🎡🎢 we have to inspect our ride because we are held responsible for y'all the riders🎠💙👨👩👧👧 we get charged, we get thrown in jail until its investigated 💔😮🙏

Wow that ride is insane!!! Thanks for sharing Lukas! I appreciate it!
Agreed, I always think of Capriolo as the most intense flat ride, because of the crazy accelerations and negative G-forces.

6:00 Energy Storm is free to ride, but the operators get to keep EVERYTHING that falls out of your pockets.

These look nuts, but FUN!
Great video ☺
One of the wildest rides out there is Devil Rock (Huss Flic Flac). This is absolutely crazy
Oh yeah, this beast is insanely intense - one of my favorite thrill rides \m/
They should put the inversion KMG on top of the stratosphere in las vegas
Holy F#C#. That idea is just pure insane!!!
This video should be subtitled “10 rides that’ll make you puke your guts out.”

I rode the booster from Huss and I can tell u it’s easily one of the best flat rides I have ever done! I was laughing so hard
I would assume that all these rides only have transportation models so that may turn parks away especially it the manufacturer doesn’t want to build park models
What? No mention of Flying Circus??
That bonus one looks like a lot of fun I want a park to install that badly
Meeee toooooo!
Ive been on infinity and jts easiely the best flat ride in the world and it doesnt even make u sick.
I’ve been on a ride like inversion 24 it looks amazing
Ahh good ole Soriani and Moser Energy Storm. I must have ridden that like 20 times.
Great rides! Thank you for watching! I apprecaite it! - B
It´s so nice to live in germany if you like carnival rides lol
Lucky you!! 🍺🎢
Aren't they the thrill ride capital of the world? Some concept thrill ride company is based there.
Speed 32 fits the description of that higher capacity Adirondack outlaw thing that you said could come to magic mountain perfectly!
Yea that would work!!!! Thanks for watching! 🎢
I’d be like the sandlot kids on every one of these rides. No red man needed.

@@KeepRidinCoasters Definetly Ghost Rider x)
This May be an unpopular opinion, but I find the Speed 32 to be pretty tame and forceless.
Yep I agree. I did airbourne at winterwonderland was good for visuals at night but found the ride quite relaxing tbh
Agreed, but also I have never seen someone operating it at 75mph. They all limit it to 55mph, which is probably the standard program.
@@Neehize How can you Tell that?

I can agree with the Flying Dutchman. It is a rare breed. (No not the Vekoma kind.)
I’ve never ridden the last ride but I’ve ridden the freak out which is a mini version of it and it wasn’t bad at all

I'm too 🐔 for these flat rides but not with most coasters.I Love watching these Great vids.
Thank You
You’re welcome! Thank you for watching!
2:06 maybe because they are too out there and maybe differences between temporary/permeant?
Valid point!! Thanks for watching! 🎢
I’ve never been on that number 3 Ride
KMG be like: have you ever been twisted and turned in countless axis of rotation at unfathomable speeds?
riders: no?
KMG: *would you like to?*
I Know right! They are crazy! Thank you for watching!
Prediction: one of these rides will be added to Canada’s Wonderland (aka the flat ride capital of the world) in the next 10 years.
I’m game :)
What's that 🤔
The cat that Zipper wasn’t even 10 on this list really told me something.
I’ve rode most including Extasy aka Energy Storm going back to 1998.
I feel like the reason the last ride hasn’t made it to a six flags or a cedar fair park because they stick to their brands. B&M, Intamin, and Vacoma.

anything about 65feet
I would ride some of these
#1 I might be trippin. I just know I saw something like this but I thought there was 2 ends to it. I knew that height ish had to be tall.

Most of these have horrible capacity and most big parks These wouldn’t be feasible
Six flags just added a ride that has a capacity of 16 riders per cycle. So I think some are a possibility.
U missed 1) Airwolf 2)Misere 3)Fying Circus
Airwolf is actually quite tame and not really intense - but nevertheless, it's a fun and visually stunning attraction 🤘🏻
They should put the KMG inversion 24 on top of the Burj Khalifa.
Energy Storm is made by Soriani and Moser
they should get the x drive to michigans adventure
Some of these look downright barftastic
Great video! 👍🏼 Very puke inducing! 🤢🤮😃👍🏼😉
Haha right? I had to edit this in shifts haha

I’m nowhere near brave enough for these rides. Maybe the ones close to the ground aren’t so bad though.

I don't think I would ride any of them. lol
I’d ride anything
Lol
🤮🤮🤮
I’ll pass on these vomit inducing rides
Fairground rides are for kids not adults. I've never been on any rides even when i was a kid, I'm 56 now so too old anyway and its just wasting money.
Very poorly researched. The booster also does not move backwards, it was a special showride.
