KFC hasn't been the same for twenty plus years imo..their actual chicken buckets were good.. not greasy, skin didn't come off in one bite and tasted better..
No doubt6. We had KFC last night and the chicken was seriously greasy, the biscuits were so dry they were crunchy, and they gave us the wrong side. Luckily the mashed potato's and gravy and cole slaw still are decent.
Reviewbrah might just be the most genuine youtuber in the world, once a youtuber gets big, you can usually sense this "fake persona" that they're putting in, but not Reviewbrah, he's just unironically being himself and that's what I love about him.

The KFC from the town he was from closes at 8pm cause it's so bad there I go there every month across the street for a meeting and that place really is bad

I don't go there because it's really expensive and they somehow messed my order up every single time I went there, which were like 5 completely different times over the span of 3 years or so. Never going back again. I've become a certified KFC hater.
One thing that always impresses me about RVB, is that he usually gives everything a fair shot. He will try more than one bite and you can just hear the gears turning in his head as he analyzes the product.
He drove around and stopped at all the KFC's. He would walk in , head straight for the kitchen and taste the Gravy. If it wasn't right he would show them how to cook his food.
The last time I even thought to bother with KFC is when they were running a promo for Diablo 4 in game items. I ate it while my game was installing. My disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined for 2 completely different reasons that day.

The best part of fast food is getting to watch this gentleman share his views on new releases. Its too expensive to try anything new lately so its wonderful to have someone trustworthy willing to take one for the team and share the truth about new items.

One time I bought a fast food item without reviewbrah reviewing it, and it was awful. I wish he had tried it to let me know just how terrible it was. At the same time, I'm glad he didn't have to suffer through that. Garlic fries from wendys
I understand the marketing angle, but I always prefer nuggets with sauce on the side. I go into it not knowing if I'll like a certain sauce, and if I don't (maybe its too hot or just not that tasty), or maybe I don't want the mess of handling nuggets covered in sauce, or maybe I feel like absolutely dousing them in sauce, I want the control. Buying them pre-sauced just doesnt make sense to me.
Sir, I just wanted to say I really respect how you stay true to yourself in everything you do. There's something refreshing about the calm and thoughtful way you approach things, and it's clear you're doing it because it's genuinely you. Keep doing what you do-it's a nice change of pace in a noisy world. be kind and true to yourself for that is what matters

He is too young to remember what KFC used to taste like. I remember when you could smell it from a mile away. The aroma itself was overwhelming. I can still taste it. It's a shadow of what it used to be. Now like EVERYTHING else, it has turned to crap. I almost never eat out anymore.
KFC sells a seasonal fire starter log. If you have a fireplace you can make your whole house smell like KFC for a week and your neighbors will wonder why the whole damn neighborhood smells like fried chicken.
They changed the “original recipe” decades ago to cut costs. The original recipe still exists with the Colonels wife and they serve it at a resteraunt in kentucky
I certainly remember it... My father would buy it once a week and it was my favorite meal...also with the little bucket parfaits and when they gave parker house rolls instead of the horrible biscuits... Boy do I miss that chicken...
Every fast food joint needs to. Part of the problem is all these places always wanting to come out with these “new” products that are either just straight out garbage or don’t work well. Fast food is all about the basics and it’s what people care more about. They fail to understand this. If someone wants something more and different; can just got out to a decent restaurant to get something of that nature.
The problem is that they want to cut labor and mass production has taken over what used to be done inside of the restaurant. It's shipped in pre-fab and the coleslaw that was chopped by hand, and the chicken that was marinated in the store, are shipped to the store done ahead of time, so the quality has been decimated
You could literally feel the air get heavier after that first review, holy cruggets I should have held on to my seat for the last review... Plain nuggets 😢😢

The only time I have ever heard of a chicken nugget be described as languishing. That folks is what keeps me coming back.

He literally sued them successfully for tarnishing the brand and reputation after he sold it. I'm pretty sure the quality was better.

You bring class and discernment to your food review. Your decxriptiokn of the chipotle ranch sauce was riveting.
The premise of these is that you want sauce with your nuggets but youre too lazy to dip, and dont care about texture or contrast.

KFC needs to go back to basics. Keep it simple and make it like it was in the 80s and before.

They cheaped out on the sauces which are probably made in China. Nothing the local franchise can do about that.
