Halloween Light Up 💀 Skull Eyes Chandelier

I made this Halloween Chandelier using 3 DT fences and a hula hoop. The put holes in the skull eyes and put lights in them to light them up. Used a feather boa and purple flowers for decor. I put spider purple Simone rings on the sides for decoration.
