From South Africa 🇿🇦 as a Zulu Nation from KwaZulu Natal I always feel so happy to hear some from outside South Africa or overseas speaking a broken Zulu because its shows that person is willing to learn my language so let me go with a flow and Lough not at him/her ❤much love for you guys
🇿🇦✊🏾 Zulus have been able to preserve culture, document it thoroughly for generations and extend it to the world.UniZulu (Ngoye) has a Zulu language faculty which promites the language and make sure it stays relevant for years to come.Former Prince Mangosuthu made this possible.🙏🏾
Dr Sipho Sithole owns the record label that signed The Soil (Acappella group) and other iconic musicians in South Africa such as Thandiswa Mazwai and others. You should listen to their song called Joy. You will get goosebumps.
Gbam!! I was so waiting for this one. It is vey important that our people connect and what a better way than coming to the mother land to learn about our people and their cultures? I believe there must be exchange programmes like this between Africa and the US. One day God will bless me with resources and I will do a programme like this for South African teenagers to go to USA to learn about their culture , particularly the Black and African American culture. I watched this video so many times on Usisi Velile's channel and I can never get over it, it gets me emotional all the time I watch it no matter how many times. It gives me such a nice feeling.. We are the same people and this gap must be bridged. This video is just so wholesome. Loe you Fam 🥰
Did you know the name Zulu means Heaven meaning Zulu people are people of the Heavens,i don't to go deed about it but know this Zulu people are also very humble people especially the rural Zulus and i really admire them a lot even those i am a Xhosa speaking man .
Correction,Zulu is a family name not a tribe...King uShaka Zulu had warriors and when he won the war he said "lesi isizwe sam sakwaZulu" because it was his kingdom, before Shaka Zulu's Kingdom the was no Zulu language,Zulu beer's real name is uMqomhothi,if you remember they used clan names Ngwane,Ndwandwe, Mhlongo,Gcaleka,Luthuli etc
No at the beginning was "yebo" not "yeah boss" but that's "yes" or "I acknowledge" in isiZulu that's why it's a good response for any greeting or when you are being called... the rest of the the reaction is dope though. You guys are really informed though I've been following for about 2 years now I love everything yall put out especially about Souda (SA)
All thanks to you guys your work is now paying off I mean you are crossing cultures from different continents in such a short period of time, I feel that I am no longer subjected to South Africa alone as the lady said that she's a global citizen this exactly how I feel.
Credit to UA-cam for allowing all of us to unite and understand each other. For me it's very heart warning to learn that Some Americans really are find of our African country. Personally I am a bug fan of America Especially the American Olympics Alethes. I think you guys have something really rich and awesome there. The way those female sprinters Unite & come together to win those races. That 4me is life❤❤
11 official languages, minus two being English and Afrikaans, you are then left with nine languages, meaning 9 nations, incorrectly categorized as "tribes". 9 is a very important number to Africans, goes even further than Egypt which had nine nomes or provinces, the core gods in the Egyptian pantheon are 9 in number. I encourage not only Africans themselves to do their research but also Americans. Let's unite and resurrect the anciant bloodline of the Gods, peace and love ❤️
I am all the way from South Africa, and I am about to start viewing...I am on 0:31(paused) ... I must say the yellow Ts are very cute, and hey did somebody loose weight? I am a big girl myself, it would be great to share some of your weight loss journey?? Not in an intrusive way, I beg your pardon...But I always come here very inspired by your content... i watch this with my husband all the time!
Nice reaction... couple❤... Do you know here in SA There's a biggest NAZARETH(Shembe) religion....they've amazing mans ,womans dances...you might likeit
I sometimes wish slavery and colonization never happened coz we'd all be living happily in Afrika practicing our traditions, customs, conversing in vernacular instead of adopting the colonizers language and religious beliefs. Don't mind me just dreaming 😌
It definitely is. The term biltong is not Zulu, but the drying of meat though, the process is an old Zulu way of preserving meat. We just didn't commercialize it
As a South African myself i would like to remind that many things like biltong is not exclusively to one of SA cultures. We have so many cultures races diversities in South Africa. Also different names we call it as we have 11 national languages

Thy a saying in Zulu which say "WE ARE HUMAN " which means ITHINA BANTU
6:58 Best believe the demouchets would have hit that if it was a travel course in college to Africa.
Bet! This made us want to invest in a program for our youth.

Bill tong is not a Zulu thing just to make things Clear

Umqwebu is a Zulu thing we still do it with izinyamazane.
